The next morning, after the tension of the previous night had finally simmered down, Cassian and Ina received an early message from their old teammate, Leo.

They arrived at the cozy cafe by the ocean, the morning sun casting a warm glow through the windows. As they entered, they spotted Leo, grinning widely as he waved them

They all settled into their seats, catching up on life, their cases, and how much they missed working together. Then, curiosity got the best of Ina.

“Even so, it makes sense for you to be here with them. But Twilight? Why would he show up in person?”

*(nodding) “Yeah, wasn’t he supposed to be tracking Erion? Or… is he planning on handling him personally?”

“Where do you guys get your intel? Nah, it’s true the Devil's team is tracking Erion, but Twilight? He's got other reasons for being here.”

*(lowering his voice, glancing around) “Rumor has it, he’s here looking for someone.”

“Apparently, it’s a girl. She ran away from him. Not much more I know about it than that, but… whatever she did, it’s got Twilight traveling halfway across the world to find her.”

Both Cassian and Ina exchanged a look, processing the unexpected news.
