I dropped my bag on the couch and went towards the balcony. Tomorrow I am getting a new neighbor. Senpai is not there; maybe she went for some serious work. I do have a spare key to her apartment. Unfortunately, she didn't reply to my texts. How strange. I am kind of frustrated. The sun drifted away from us, and the moon arrived.

Ruined all my mood and tired, I decided to read some novels. After reading those books, I checked my mobile. Still no reply from her. I turned on the TV and watched my favorite show. At that time, I heard the doorbell.

"Coming......" I replied. I just stared at the peephole in excitement, but it was my friends.

"Where the hell did you go,?Akantha" furiously asked me . I saw the others looking nervous.

"What happened?" I asked them calmly. They began to stare at each other, and I had a bad feeling about that. From their facial expressions, something bad happened.

"Tell me, is there something I missed?" I asked them.

Micah and Erix gave me a worried look, while Akantha tried to change the channel. She took the remote.

"Akantha, what are you doing? Change it," Ealia scolded her.

"Tell me what the hell is going on?" I shouted at them and then furiously took the remote from Akantha.

THE BREAKING NEWS..... The TV screen showed the headline. As I read the headline, I was frozen for a moment.

THE BREAKING NEWS: THE FAMOUS PSYCHOLOGIST AYLA COLIN FOUND DEAD UNDER THE NEW BRIDGE IN CHESTER. THE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE SPOT. SHE WAS FOUND DEAD AROUND THE EVENING.

I dropped the remote, and my face became sticky. Ealia and Akantha came near to me, Erix took the remote and shut down the TV. I was stuck in that moment. Micah came near to me.

"Adda...." Micah called me, and I stared at him.

"I want to go and see her," I muttered.

"What? Others seem shocked.”

"I want to see her," I howled at them.

"But the police are there; do you think they will give you permission?" Micah asked.

"I don't care about the police; I want to see her," I yelled at them and stomped towards the entrance, not paying attention to them.

I was shocked to see her die this early. She was the most important friend of mine. I didn't wipe away my tears. People stared at me in a weird way. I called for a taxi and rode towards the new bridge. It was fully crowded with police, reporters, and some people examining the spot.

I quickly ditched them and got in there.

"Hey, you, this is a restricted area!" an officer yelled at me.

I didn't pay attention to him and heard him call other officers to catch me. I rushed towards where Ayla's body was.

I stopped in front of her. I saw her hanged body; her face was terrifying. Next to her, near the bridge wall, there was something written:

"THE SINNERS OF REAPERS WILL BE HUNTED SOON"

I WAS SHOCKED TO READ THAT. THERE, I SAW A FAMILIAR SYMBOL, EXACTLY LIKE THE TATTOO ON MY BOYFRIEND'S ARM: THE BLOODY SKULL FACE.
