Finally, I reached the canteen. As usual, it was crowded. But I could smell the chicken pasta, the burger, cheese pasta, etc. My stomach growled with sudden hunger. I brought my pasta, 5 pieces of burger, and milkshake. But the problem is I can't find my friends here. Damn it, they must be in the Apple garden. I rushed towards there. The Apple garden is our favorite spot on campus. Actually, it's a prohibited area on campus. But who cares about the rules? We trespass there and enjoy our free time.

I secretly jumped the fence and got in there. There I could hear them clearly. "Tada.... Guess what I brought for you?" I cheered at them. "Adda..... It's you....." The girl with strawberry blonde exclaimed. She rushed towards me and took the food packet. Her name is Akantha; she is an economics student. "Adda, come and sit here," the boy with white hair dragged me. This is Erix, in the same class as Akantha.

"I thought you were still having classes," the ginger-haired girl commented on me. This is Ealia, the chemistry student. "Nah.... Probably she took a nap in class, right Adda?" the boy with chestnut eyes teased. He is Micah, in the same class as Ealia. These are my high school friends. "Yes, I did," I replied to them. "See, I am correct, right?" Micah teased me. Everyone began laughing loudly. "Pssst.... Be quiet, guys!!!" I hissed at them with embarrassment. After that, we teased each other and discussed many things. I patiently listened to them. Even though I don't talk too much, I love hanging out with them.

"Why are you so quiet today?" Erix pinched my cheeks and asked. "It's because... I had those nightmares again," I said with a bitter smile. For a second, everyone's laughter faded. I could see the terror on their faces. Akantha held my hands tightly. "Did you guys take the medicine today?" I asked them. "Yes...." They told me with a gloomy face. I can't help them; after all, it's my fault. We both have post-traumatic stress disorder. Something unpleasant happened, and someone has to suffer for it. They never blamed me for those incidents, although they always stay by my side. No matter how much I try to push them away, they stick with me. At that time, we made a promise that we will move on. How can I thank them? I owe them. I hope we will stay like this forever.

"Hey.... I do have the nude photos of Erix. Do you want them, Akantha?" Micah asked her with a mischievous smile. "Ehhh????" Erix jumped out of his seat. "You traitor....." Erix grabbed Micah's collar. Akantha and Ealia giggled at their quarrel, and I joined them.

I know that Micah did this purposely to change the mood, but I am so happy for them. When the break is over, we head towards our own classes. "See you later..." I told them and headed towards class.
