We spent the rest of the day at the pool, as it was getting dark we decided to change clothes to go, but Zara and Nick insisted on ordering pizza, I think they just didn't want us to leave lol.
The pizza arrived, we chose a movie to watch, I was on one couch with Nick, and Zara with Brad on the other couch, and of course there were many kisses and cuddles. Everything was great but we had to go, it was getting late and the road is complicated and we didn't want to meet any lost rogue, especially without our powers. The movie ends, I stretch and get up, ready to say goodbye
Melinda - You guys really entertained us, but now it's time for us to go
Zara - Oh, no, stay a little longer, please
Brad - We have to go, I don't know the road and I don't like to go through unfamiliar places too late
Nickolas - So you can sleep here today, and tomorrow you can leave with daylight, better than hitting the road now
Nick says this so naturally that it seems like we do this all the time, I raise my eyebrow, cross my arms, and stare at him
Nickolas - What's wrong? You're going to sleep with Zara and Brad is going to the guest room

Nickolas - It's Saturday, what's stopping you from staying here? (Now he got me, I have nothing to do at the boarding house)
Melinda - Okay, fine, we're staying (They won, but I confess I wanted to stay too, lol)
Nick pulls me with a smile, I fall into his lap, he kisses my cheek and whispers in my ear
Nickolas - If you want, my bed is quite big and fits the two of us (and bites my ear)
I feel a shiver through my entire body, oh my goddess this man is going to drive me insane...

Every minute that passes, I'm more certain that Melinda is my mate, and how am I going to let her go? We are very possessive and I, being the Supreme, am much worse, after we find our mates we feel the need to be close and we can no longer be apart and how am I going to approach a human who doesn't understand anything about my world and say: "Look, I want you to come live with me" on the first day we met? Either she'll think I'm crazy or she'll laugh in my face thinking I'm some excited old man who fell for the young girl, after all we have 11 years difference, although for us wolves age is just a number because we don't look our real age, at 18 we become adults when we receive our Wolf and we don't change much with the passage of time, it's funny that our parents look like our siblings, at most uncles lol, but for humans age counts and very much regardless of appearance. I find that ridiculous, love is love and age doesn't matter, but humans are unfortunately very prejudiced and jump down the throats of anything that is different, but they forget that most of the time they are more wrong than those they are judging...
I'm lost in this brunette, but I don't know how to make this work, not to mention the council that won't accept a human as Supreme. Oh my goddess, you made your son's life complicated! I try to stop thinking about the cons for a bit and enjoy the pros while she's here...
Let's watch another movie and this time I'll choose, I put on a werewolf one to see her reaction and so I can ask some questions as if it were about the movie, I need to soften the meat for the bomb I'm going to have to drop on her.
The movie starts and she's super focused lying on my chest,
Nickolas - Do you like this genre of movie?
Melinda - I like everything that involves the supernatural world (we're off to a good start)
Nickolas - And do you believe these beings could really exist? (She seems to think)
Melinda - I don't know, but there are so many things in this world that we don't know that I honestly wouldn't be surprised. And do you believe in those things?
Nickolas - And why not believe? I think it would be cool to meet a werewolf (and I'm not lying I'm pretty cool lol)
Melinda - Only you lol
The movie unfolds and I'm attentive to her reactions, every time a forest appeared she sighed, and I notice a sad look, she's holding her necklace which I noticed she never takes off. We haven't talked about her family yet but something is making her homesick, I snuggle her closer in my arms, caress her hair and she smiles and I feel like I need to protect this woman no matter what....
Melinda.......
Oh guys, I think I just found a human who likes werewolves lol, the good thing is that if I need to tell him I'm a wolf he won't run away or send me to any psychiatric hospital....
The movie ends and I'm already falling asleep, especially with Nick stroking my head, I look at Zara who's already out
Melinda - I think someone's already crashed
Nickolas - We haven't had such a busy day in a long time, she's definitely exhausted, I'll take her to the room (he starts to get up)
Brad - I'll take her, Nick, if you don't mind, of course
Nickolas - If you promise to behave yourself, no problem
Brad - I always behave myself lol
Nickolas - Then we'll get along just fine
He picks Zara up and goes upstairs
Melinda - Well, I'm going up too (I say getting up and Nick takes my hand)
Nickolas - Sleep with me...
