Chapter 9 : Bound by Blood

 Lord Eldridge looked at his two daughters Mia who was not of their blood but he has unofficially adopted her when he met her through Bellaire a long time ago. And their own blood , Bellaire who has grown up beautifully. Both of them were enjoying the meal he didn't want to interrupt them but it looks like there is no other choice.

As Mia was savoring her meal "Mia are enjoying the meal" Mr DeLuca asked her. Snapping out of her from the world of deliciousness. Swallowing the food "oh yes Mr DeLuca I love the food. It's so tasty and delicious. I have never had this kind of food so tasty and flavorful. "

"I am pleased that you find the food delicious you can come here anytime you want" Mrs Elaine said as she was eating.

"You two might not have met these two have you ". Both of us shook our heads. Mrs Elaine hesitated a bit "well this is Bellaire's aunt Yael ".

 "Aunt!! But why I haven't met her while growing up" Tink asks them.She sounded more like shock than upset . One of the two ladies speaks up "you see just before you were born we both were sent or a mission by the king which we had to do and there we both got married one after another with a duration of 5 years. The realms we both are are a bit of a long distance from the earth and we were too busy with work too so it took some time but I am finally here"

Mrs Elaine looked at me specifically and said "in the morning I said somebody knows about the specific family we were talking about "I nodded my head. She looked at the second lady " this is the person I was talking about when he reached just before lunch. He is related to your family tree many times removed, so it might not be surprising that you won't feel kinship towards him."

I looked sharply at her and said" him !! Isn't she a lady ? " Everybody bust out laughing at the table I felt my cheeks red as I felt embarrassed that I judged someone without knowing anything. Wiping her tears Mrs Elaine said "when I first saw him I also thought he was a girl a beautiful one that to be because he has such a feminine yet masculine traits that make him that much of attractive, so I thought he was a lady. So no need to be embarrassed because everyone says that about him, I have already told him to change his style, but he never does."

I looked towards him and bowed my head" I am sorry for judging you without knowing you "

 There he was, standing tall and broad-shouldered, clearly a man,, and I had just assumed otherwise. My mind was racing. How could I have been so oblivious?

"I'm so sorry," I managed to stammer, my voice barely a whisper.

He chuckled, the sound warm and unexpected.

 "Don't worry about it. Happens all the time."

I was taken aback. "Really?"

"Yeah. People make assumptions based on appearances. I've gotten used to it."

Relief washed over me. I had been so embarrassed, but his nonchalance made me feel a little better.

"Well, thank you for being so understanding," I said, mustering a smile.

He nodded. "No problem."

He was still smiling, and there was a twinkle in his eye. It was clear that he wasn't bothered at all. In fact, he seemed to find the whole thing rather amusing.

I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd seen the man before. His face was familiar, like a puzzle piece I was missing. But no matter how hard I tried to place him, I couldn't.

He seemed to notice my confusion, and a knowing smile crept across his lips. "Do you recognize me?" he asked, his voice low and intriguing.

I shook my head, my heart pounding. "I'm sorry, I don't think so. Have we met before?"

He leaned forward, his eyes boring into mine. "Perhaps but perhaps not.

A shiver ran down my spine. His words were both mysterious and unsettling. I tried to dismiss the feeling, but it lingered, a strange sense of déjà vu that I couldn't explain.

I stared at him, my mind racing. His words were both intriguing and unsettling. "What do you mean?" I asked.

He leaned back in his chair, his eyes still fixed on mine. "I believe we have a deep connection, a bond that transcends time and space."

I felt a surge of disbelief. "That's... that's a bit far-fetched, don't you think?"

He chuckled. "Perhaps, but I believe it to be true. I've felt it since the moment I saw you."

I was speechless. I had never encountered anything like this before. Was he simply playing with me, or was there something truly extraordinary going on?

As I tried to process his words, a strange tingling sensation washed over me. It was as if a veil had been lifted, and I was seeing the world in a new light. A sense of peace and understanding filled me, and I knew that whatever was happening, it was meant to be.

Mrs Elaine cleared her throat "well as I was saying,

I called him here because he knew the mysterious, family because he is kind of related to them, so I thought why don't we ask him directly"

Lord Eldridge felt amazed by his wife's skill and the speed of investigation that he once again fell in love with her as if he wasn't already. A faint smile pulled on his face as he saw his wife trying to unravel the mystery behind the Luviton family deep hidden bloody past.

The man got up from his seat and came to where she was sitting. "May I ".I nodded my head. He then took my hand and said" to know if you really are from that family, or you are from one of the many branches of the main tree we have to conduct a small experiment "

"What kind of experiment"

"Well why don't I show you"

He takes out a small glass bottle and slices my finger. "Ouch" I cry out of pain. He takes the droplets of blood in an unused spoon and pours out the contents of the bottle. For a second nothing happens but suddenly my blood catches itself on fire.

Everybody looked surprised. The faces of the people present here said all of it. I Am A FREAK. Now they will kick me out.

The man looked at me and says "WELCOME, THE LAST KNOW SURVIVOR OF THE LINE OF THE ROYAL FAMILY LUVITON ".
