Chapter 2 - The Shock

"Hmm tell me more about it "

"Sure but after class" Tink replied with a smile.

Tink , who is mia's one and only friend well her full name us Tinkerbell. Yes like the fairy Tinkerbell .but this Tinkerbell is rich as shit and has an attitude which puts a bitch to a shame. Well the plus point is she has a soft and kind heart underneath all those armour. Oh also the topper of out batch . No one talks shit about her and lives to tell the tale.

Every one fears her and her family here . One her father is the brother of the famous mafia kingpin of Italy . Though the Younger one who wanted nothing to do with the business. Two he is rich due to his vineyard and vine business and they have bodyguards all the time.

And how I know that because i am their neighbor . My house is next to her bunglow. Well it's not like I am too poor just not as rich as her.

My late grandparents left me the house and a big trust fund and if I use it properly I will be well off for the rest of my life. My grandparents were the owners of a few chains of restaurants in their time but sold them because they wanted to live a peaceful life. So after their death I received a suspicious letter saying I received a house and a trust fund from my grandparents whom I have never met.

My folks died in a rash accident and I was thrown into an orphanage. It wasn't bad but it wasn't very good. When I was 17 I ran away from there because the father who was running the orphanage was a little too handsy with underage children and was trying to corner me for months so after being fed off it I ran away.

With only 50 dollars in my pocket that I stole from the father when he was getting too close . I took a room in a run down hotel when the news of the mysterious grandparents came . How the lawyer found me I didn't know . But due to the letter I am at least have a warm shelter on my head.

Now to the present… ..

As the bell rings I looked at tink and said Now tell me about this town and it's mysterious library.”

“You… don't know about the town”. Tink exclaimed .

Um no… you know about me. Parents died… orphanage… .

Stop. Ok fine got it . What do you know about magic.

“Magic like Tinkerbell, faries and all”. I laughed

No I am serious do you know about it. Tink said in very serious tone

“They are not real right?” I was getting nervous

“Very real” nodded her head

No they are not you are doing some prank on me.

Why will I be doing it. Tink looked at me with a strange expression.

“Ok you know what come over my house after classes ok . Tink said .

I will clear all your doubts about it”

“Fine if it is a prank then you will see.”

The classes went on as they should be but my world is spiralling out of control. I am not able to concentrate on the subjects. Like that the last subject of the class came to an end.

Suddenly someone took a hold of my hand and pulled me with them. I was in shock from the news that was bombarded on me in the morning.

The person who was pulling me threw some cold water on my face.

Due to the shock of cold water I was startled and started gasping for breath .

“What was that for “ I coughed

“You were in shock for whole day”

I looked up and saw tink with a bucket

Huh

“Looks like it wasn't enough to make your sense come back” She mumbled to herself .

“No I am back to my sense but why cold water”

I said to her.

We looked at each other and started laughing.

“Oh my god you totally did that” I laughed
