We were in the room, I was talking on the phone with my brother about a few things, he said that Alessia allied herself with Banin's company and that, in his view, there would be big trouble coming, she is hurt and outraged, because according to her I left her to be with the maid, even though we were nothing.
"Fernando, at the slightest sign of betrayal, I want you to find her father and let him know that if she goes against us it will be in blood, heaven was made for everyone, but if she betrays me she will surely die" I told him.

"Get ready, I'm waiting for Samira to recover so we can go back, she's been a little unwell and from what I understand some tests came back bad, I sent for one of the associate doctors to come with a jet, he'll take care of her trip back, but he'll only get here tomorrow" I answered and hung up.

Samira's mouth was white and her face pale, she had been vomiting a lot and from what I understood she hadn't been eating properly for the two months she had been here.
"Hi, princess, feeling better?" I said.
As she was about to answer me, the doctor came in:
"Good afternoon, Mr. Rossi, I repeated a test and found that in this state without medical supervision it is not advisable for your wife to travel, Samira has a severe case of anemia and her blood pressure has spiked high the last two times it was taken, going to Italy now would not be good, she needs to start IV treatment and if pre-eclampsia is confirmed she will have to be careful throughout her pregnancy" the doctor said and Samira put her hand to her mouth in shock.
"My doctor is already on his way from Italy, Dr., it seems he'll be here by dawn, with his supervision can we go?" I asked while holding her hand.
"Yes, if she is under medical supervision, I see no problem" the doctor replied.
"Is my child at risk? What can we do?" I asked and she sighed.
"Right now the anemia needs to be treated, the risks of hemorrhage with delivery and low birth weight for the baby are high, but with proper nutrition, no stress and the right supplementation it can be controlled, now pre-eclampsia needs constant care, with proper care everything will be fine."
The doctor excused herself and left, soon Julian entered the room and took Samira's hand.
"Girl, I brought you some things, how are you feeling?" he asked and she smiled, I felt uncomfortable and he noticed.
"Julian? Come with me for a moment." I said and went to the window.
"What happened in these two months?" I asked.
"I just took care of her, Samira is the girl I got attached to without any malice, I had a sister and she passed away at her age, the same reason that made Olavo help her by going against the order to take her" he replied.
"Thank you for taking care of her, but leave it to me, I don't like people touching her, so don't do it." I said firmly and the stronzo smiled.
"Your jealousy is warranted, but not with me, relax Don, I have no sexual interest in her." he said and left.
"Everything is ready to go, just waiting for the doctor to arrive and the jet to be prepared" I said and he nodded.
Samira had a lost look in her eyes and I approached:
"My love, this is not how I wanted things, I felt lost without you, but now that I've found you I won't leave your side" I took my hand out of my pocket and showed her a velvet box, she looked at me and smiled, then I said:
"Samira, marry me, let's make our love official, no one will touch the boss's woman and you will be my queen" she nodded yes and I put the ring on her finger.
I video called home and Fernando answered.
"Brother, how's Samira?" he asked and my father, hearing her name, came closer
"Hi, Dad, Fernando, she's fine" I turned the phone screen to her and she waved shyly.
"Sami, girl, it's good to know you're okay, come home soon and we'll take care of you" my father said and she cried.
"Don't cry, girl, what did I do?" my father worried and she quickly calmed down.
"No, Mr. Leonardo, I'm fine, it's your grandson who made me like this, I'm not used to such affection and it made me emotional" when she said that my father looked serious.
"My grandson? Are you saying I'm going to be a grandfather?" he asked.
"Yes, you're going to be a grandfather, and as far as I know the only one, since my father was never a father" she replied sadly.
"WHAT JOY, DID YOU HEAR THAT FERNANDO, OUR HOUSE WILL HAVE JOY AGAIN" my father shouted and my brother celebrated with him.
I was interrupted by the soldier, and by the look on his face something had happened.
"I'll talk to you guys later" I said, hanging up.
I went to the door and he said:
"Sir, Banin's men were seen in front of Mr. Julian's house, if they follow him they will arrive here at the hospital."
"Eyes open, don't let them get close, the doctor will take until nightfall to arrive, catch the ones you can catch and finish them off, Julian has a place for that here" at the same moment he came over with a deadly look.
"They won't get close to here, I can gather my men and get everything ready" he said and I agreed.
I went back to the room and Samira was watching videos on her cell phone and laughing.
"Honey, your father was so happy to find out he's going to be a grandfather, I was watching videos here and I almost died laughing at gender reveals, there are some hilarious reactions" she said and I laughed with her.
A few hours passed and the nurse brought dinner, the doctor arrived and was getting everything ready with the jet, necessary hospital equipment and everything he would need, she looked at dinner and said she was starving and it was a relief for me.
"Mr. Rossi, thank you for calling me, it is an honor to take care of your wife's health, we are all set and as soon as you want to leave the security scheme is ready." he said and she looked anxious.
"Thank you Dr. Valencio, as soon as my wife finishes her dinner I will help her get ready and we will leave."
"Honey, my parents can't know about my pregnancy, they're going to stress me out and destabilize me, and I want to enjoy my pregnancy in peace as much as I can" she said, already eating.
"No one will do anything to you or bother you, don't worry my queen, now eat so we can go."
