Episode 20

El Cortez:

I was filled with hate by the words coming out of that brazen girl's mouth, until I pressed her against the wall. And when she began to speak, or rather, to repeat several things I had said to her the last time we saw each other, I felt like garbage.

In her eyes, there was pain and a lot of hurt. She spoke those words with anger, and I felt awful for saying those things to her. I know she isn't just any ordinary girl, but I needed to keep my distance, to keep myself safe.

But I never imagined that those damn words would hurt her so much. I ended up hating myself.

So, after she said everything that was in her heart, I just wiped her tears away and did something I had never done for any woman before. With the voice of a defeated man, I said:

"I'm sorry."

She stared at me for a moment and said,

Ayla: "There's a big difference between an apology and forgiveness! You apologize when the damage you caused is reversible.

Forgiveness is when you do something irreversible, so the injured party bears the consequences of the damage and moves on without resentment. So, the appropriate word for this moment is forgiveness."

El Cortez: And there she goes again, this girl thinks too much and comes up with these little things; for me, it's all the same.

I was even going to question her; after all, did she expect me to grovel at her feet? Not even dead.

But looking at her face and reading her expressions and actions, I saw that wasn't her intention. So, even though I was reluctant, I said, "Then forgive me."

As she was about to speak again, I began a kiss, combining business with pleasure, as I wasn't in the mood for her theological questions and was also dying to kiss those full, provocative lips again.

So, I began with a slow kiss. She resisted and tried to push me away, but it was no use, as I was much bigger than her.

Little by little, she surrendered to the kiss, starting to get the hang of it. For someone with no experience in kissing, she was already getting pretty good at it.

Her full lips moved against mine, driving me even crazier. Then I left her lips and trailed my kisses down to her neck. Even though she struggled, she surrendered to the pleasure she felt.

She closed her eyes and, without realizing it, let out a few moans, muffled by her lips. Her air of innocence drove me uncontrollable, and before I completely lost my mind, I pulled away quickly and left there like a hurricane.

I got into the same car I came in and left orders with my men not to let her leave. I also left a very trusted employee of mine there, Miss Alice; she's like a mother to me, so I felt more at ease.

Then, like a madman, I went back to Las Vegas to take care of my business and distract my mind, and to figure out what I was going to do from there on out.
