After my little mate fainted, I held her close, feeling a surge of concern.
I quickly instructed my beta to call the doctor immediately.
He grinned widely as he held the pup, his eyes filled with adoration.
I smiled back at him before carefully lifting my fainted mate in my arms, and I began to walk towards our room, cradling her gently.

The pack doctor arrived and informed us that she had fainted due to not eating well enough, which had weakened her body.
Additionally, I learned that she is afraid of loud noises, I made note of to ensure her comfort and safety in the future.
I took the pup from John's hands, and the whole time, he was grinning while looking at him.
When I took him, he pouted, clearly not wanting to be separated from the little pup.
