After a few seconds, the elevator door opens to something resembling an old Japanese hot spring inn.
The Demon holds the door while bowing his head slightly.
"This way, my lord."
Yuki steps out, the demon releases the door, and passes by Yuki, opening the old white Japanese door, which reveals a low, solid wood table and a cushion on each side with lumbar support.
"Please, have a seat, Great Yuki."
He obeys and sits down, the demon standing beside him.
The light goes out for a second, and when it comes back on, there's a young Japanese woman, with long black hair and fair skin, wearing a white kimono with red and pink flowers, very detailed. Her lips are rosy, and she has a fox's tail and ears. She appears seated on the cushion in front of Yuki.
"Welcome to my hot springs." She spoke with a serene voice, bowing slightly. "My name is Hinode, I'm the hostess of this floor." Then she lifts her head.
She stares at Yuki then stands up in astonishment.
"How dare you bring an unclean soul to my floor?!" She stares a little longer. "He's alive?!"
As Yuki was about to respond, the demon stepped in front of him, in an attack stance.
"Who do you think you're talking to?!" The demon spoke furiously.
"Why did you bring a human here? You know they are forbidden on my floor!"
"From this day forward, you will have to make an exception. This human is the great bride of Demon King Akira. From this day forward, your floor will be responsible for his baths."
"I already told you I'm not his bride!"
Hinode calms down then bows, placing her knees on the floor.
"Oh... mighty bride of the Demon King, I beg your pardon!"
"I'm not his bride!" Yuki yells nervously.
"Should I punish her for her insolence?" The demon said nervously.
"No!" Yuki pauses. "It's alright, just take me to the hot springs."
The demon returns to Yuki's side and Hinode stands up.
"Thank you very much. I will be eternally grateful for your mercy. Your Highness will always be welcome on my floor."
"Stop calling me that! I won't stay long in this place!"
"I will leave him in your care," the demon said, withdrawing.
"This way, please, Your Highness."
Hinode goes to the back door that leads to a seemingly endless corridor with many Japanese-style doors. She guides him to one of the doors and opens it, revealing a place with lockers, a changing room, and a shower area. A glass partition separates it from the back, which overlooks the hot spring with stones around it and where water flows from the mouth of a lion's head.
"This spring is exclusive because it belongs to Lord Akira; you may use it since you are his bride," she said.
Yuki is amazed by the beauty.
"Would you like some additional roses?"
He nods. She opens the door and takes out rose petals and small sachets containing bath salts.
