I pass through the portal and enter the Kingdom of Avila.
The portal closes behind me and I find myself in a burnt forest, shocked that it hasn't healed. I take a deep breath, close my eyes, and seek the magic of this place. A multitude of whispers enters my mind, the magic is gentle. I notice that my magic is limited here, my appearance has changed, the disguise has worn off and my true form remains. Why do I hide my true appearance? To not alert other supernatural beings of my real power and strength.
I ask the voices to stop and inquire who is the oldest.
"It is I, my master," I see a thick trunk with burned branches, I approach it and ask:
"How can I help you?"
"You must bring the one who possesses the three powerful magics within her, to restore us. Once she heals the land, we will rise in strength and power, and restore the magic of this place."
"I understand what you're saying, I will bring her tomorrow. I will need to prepare her, she doesn't like her true appearance."
"She will have to bring a special potion for the cleansing of annihilation magic that was cast here. After she casts the potion, her elemental magic will restore us and the strength of the wolf, with its howl, will free the land from all the trapped souls. She will guide them to their resting place with the goddess."
"Thank you, Mater, your teachings will be invaluable to me and I promise to be a good leader for all who return to this land."
"Yes, you will be. I can feel the strength and power emanating from you, but there is also honor and love within you, that is the strongest quality and the one we need the most here. Your magic will flow greatly in this place and you must remain humble."
I thanked those incredible beings and returned, opening another portal without a spell, as the magical barrier had already recognized me.
I looked once more at everything and passed through the portal.
"Tomorrow, I will return to begin my reign."
I returned to the library and went in search of Aurora, I needed her to perform the spell urgently.
I cast a locator spell, wave my wand, and see her in her magic laboratory.
I teleport there and she startles at my arrival.
"What do you want, Pedro? I'm busy," she is sitting on the floor, researching an old book of magic.
"What are you researching?"
"I felt the call of a hidden book and went to the library. I summoned the book and this antiquity fell into my hands. Now I'm struggling with a spell to cleanse the land, it has something to do with destruction and protection, very complicated and I don't even know what it's for..."
I thought it was all part of a grand plan by the ancient beings for the restoration of the Kingdom of Avila.
"That's exactly what I came to tell you. I found the Lost Kingdom, the magic that protects it recognized me and I was able to enter through a portal. There, I met the Mater of the dark forest who was already waiting for me and instructed me on how to restore the Kingdom and release the elemental magic of the forest, and that's exactly the magic you're reading. Isn't it fantastic!"
I am ecstatic and she is admiring, frozen in disbelief, staring at me with her mouth open...
"So, you found the Kingdom that everyone believes is a legend and you need me to restore it?" she laughed.
"I don't understand, why are you laughing? This is serious." I sit on the floor in front of her, with a serious expression, looking at her ever-changing face, I don't understand why she's always changing her appearance.
"It's the fact that you need me," she continues to laugh.
"Weren't you curious and eager to see the Lost Kingdom? It could be our home. The Pack will always be our parents' home, but there we will have the opportunity to build something of our own."
"My dreamy little brother, you are an alpha wizard, and I am a supreme, we won't have a kingdom together."
"Why not?" I look at her, now irritated.
She sighs and her expression changes, she seems sad and discouraged.
"I can't tell you, dear, or I'll have to kill you." She laughs again.
"Alright, but those lands and beings need you, will you help?" I make a pleading puppy face, pouting and whimpering like an abandoned puppy.
"End it now, or I'll think you have fleas." We both laughed.
"It can't be another witch, this potion is complicated."
"Actually, it has to be you, because this is only the first step. In the second step, after cleaning the land, you have to spread elemental fairy magic over the burnt forest. In the third step, you have to transform into your she-wolf form and howl at the moon, freeing the souls of all the wolves trapped in that place. Do you understand why it can only be you?"
"Now I understand. This book was destined specifically for me for this process."
"Just like the two others before this one were destined for me, because only I could open the passage."
"Okay then, let's start right away. It will have to simmer for six hours, luckily I have all the ingredients here. Help me separate them."
"I need to tell you something... When we go in there, our disguising magic won't work. We'll be in our true forms. She took a deep breath and agreed."
"That's fine, brother. It'll be good to share my misfortune with someone. Let's get to work."
We spent the night working, and when the potion was finally ready, it was almost dawn. We stored it in a sealed glass bottle and went to rest for a little while.

Something woke me up, it's still the middle of the night. I go to the window and listen, it's the forest, calling to me. I dress quickly and put on my shoes, I put a cloak over me, it's cold outside, and I hurry towards the forest. I make my way to the tree from yesterday, in the middle of the forest, and hug its trunk, listening.
When I leave there, it's already dawn, but it was good to come. The information I received is incredible, but I don't know if it will be good or bad for those of us who have been living here alone for so long.
I return to my house and go to the kitchen to prepare my mother's coffee. She hasn't been feeling well, she's not young anymore, and with the tough life we lead, she's deteriorating more and more.
There's something that's been intriguing me. Is there still someone living in the neighboring castle? We've written so many messages and never received a reply. The old books say that the owner of this land used to live there and at one point in his life, decided to give part of the land to his settlers and residents of the area. Some of them were old witches and wizards, full of magic, and the mage who arrived at that time was also well-versed in ancient magic. They united and made the land prosper, turning it into a kingdom.
Unfortunately, it didn't work out so well.
