Episode Two
The next morning, Jungkook wakes up early this time as to not miss his mother's phone call.
To pass the time, he decides to play a couple of rounds of Overwatch.
When his team is on the cusp of victory, his phone sounds off.
He hears the displeased voices of his teammates griping at him as he removes the headset.
He rushes over to his phone.
He slides the green button to accept the video call.
His mother's face pops up on his screen, a pensive look clouding her features which turns into a smile when she sees Jungkook's face.
Jungkook
I didn't want to miss your call again.
Jungkook
Didn't want you to worry.
Jungkook
Are you guys at the airport?
She turns the camera around so he can see the terminal.
Mom
We're making our way to the plane now.
Jungkook
Okay. That's good.
Mom
Are you sure you'll be okay, sweetie?
Jungkook
Mom, I'll be fine.
Jungkook
Don't worry about me, okay?
Dad
Come on, honey, we have to board the plane now.
Dad
Tell Jungkook goodbye.
Her frown only gets deeper.
Mom
I'll see you as soon as we get back, okay?
His dad's face pops onto the screen.
Jungkook
Love you too, Dad.
Jungkook
You guys have fun on your trip.
Jungkook
Bring me back a souvenir!
After their hasty goodbyes, the call ends.
