I don’t know how I’m up with only 4 hours of sleep. My asshole cousin is driven and I'm keeping ice in my eyes, they are so buffeted after all the crying last night.

“Why do we have to wake up at 5 in the morning just to go to the library to study bro today is a holiday who is studying on holiday?”Peter seems enraged. He has drunk one espresso when I woke him up at 5 this morning and now he is on the second bottle of energy drink.

“She is. I don't you need to stay there is better that we go back together.” I don’t want him to be there, where no one is welcome. Expertly us, me, or any of my mother's family.”

“I get it but at least we should leave after 8 o’clock, not at 5. You should think of my sleep as well as your think to see her as soon as you wake up.”

“My stepmother will be here at 6 that’s why, and yes I need to see her as early as possible.”Peter hushed. We were here after 2 hours of driving ready for a study day, with no food in my stomach or a bottle of water. Maybe I just sit and look at her from far away, that was the best think I can do near her. Stay far from her.

“Wear those for your eyes” he give me a pair of glasses “ they are still puffy” after parking the car we were walking up the stairs when he stopped me.

“ My favorite and lovely cousin can you please buy me coffee and a large bottle of water and some for yourself cause this body here can’t go to the store there.” The store was only 15 steps away from here. “Please” I throw my stuff in his hand and walk to the store and coffee shop on the other side. As I was paying I got a picture of her from Peter. “The little miss is here.” I found myself smiling at the piece of the mirror at the shop door. “God I’m so in love and don’t know what to do, how do I tell her.” I walked up the stairs and I saw that Peter has said to close on her set.

“Peter let's change place.” I put the bag of food and coffee in one hand and with the other, I give Peter his coffee and grab my bag.

“Okey but Rowan let’s take a break out at the terrace as we drink our coffee.” I put my laptop to charge and my eyes met hers, after good three seconds she put them down on the paper. She looks so pale and has she not slept well or is she sick?

“Rowan are you hearing me” Peter grabbed my arms shaking. “Yes let's go” I took the coffee and the bag of food. “Hungry” I opened the window of the terrace and give him the bag.

“Are we allowed to eat here?”

“As long as it does smell we are good.” I put my body at the railings so I have a good look at her.”

“You need to stop this.” Peter's voice brought me to reality. “If you continue like this nothing will change, you can know if she is all right only by looking at her if you feel ashamed to ask her out at least try to be her friend first.” I keep looking at her and don't know what to say, I think I should try to come closer to her. “You never cant know what she needs or how is she feeling so I think you should come I step closer to her.”

“I think about it, are you going home to continue your sleep for a bit more” he kept looking at the library, maybe he is waiting for someone cause more people keep coming.

“I think there you people are crazy studying on holiday when you can rest.”

“Then Mr. resting why don’t you go back to your sleep.” Can he sleep after all that caffeine and energy drinks?

“I think I have become crazy too, now I feel like studying” yeah he has become nuts for sure.

“Oh, she came too.” he smiled at her, her friend or classmate I don't know that for sure.

“Who?” I whisper to him.

“No need to know, if you need to do one thing today go one step closer to her.” he took his coffee after cleaning the table when he ate, and went inside, I turned my head up and save her hugging her friends and she holds her hand as she came outside at the terrace. I have to give my best not to look suspect. How I envy her that she is so closer to her to hug and hold her hand. Till now she has nobody and now she is her friend, maybe her best friend, and I'm just a stranger to her.

What you bring me out of here, is a bit cold” she said to her friend and I didn't change any position I sip my coffee and I keep looking at the questions from the previous test on my phone.

“Need to smoke and you need to relax” Lydia put a cigarette in her mouth. “Let me ask questions first and see if you have learned anything.

“Okay,” Skylar said to her. After a round of elementary things, Skylar didn't answer any right. She has been studying that subject for two months now I was shocked to see that she couldn't answer anyone right.

“You need to relax not study at this point you only are hurting yourself” she looks at the view.

“I need to pass it no... I need to have an A+” she wiped her tears.

“But you are hurting yourself if you continue like this.” Lydia grabs her hand on her lap.

“I'm fine. You should stop smoking, I'm heading inside.” she pats her hands as she moves them away.

After some good two minutes, Lydia went inside. I went inside also. Peter was almost asleep when my phone won't ring, it was Jeannett.

“Who is it?” Peter asked. I pointed a finger to shush and finished a good talking with her.

“If you had a girlfriend will tell the reason why you smile but you don't so how was it? Skylar turned her head up and started at us just like all people in library, thanks to big mouth of Peter.

“Shush.” I said with other people. “Can you keep your voice dow.”

“Sorry,”he whispered “tell me who was.” I didn't answer to his question and oppen my notebook for some notes. “Come on tell me or I wont give your notebook back.” And yeah he did what he said. I can just use my tablet too for notes but what is the point of tell him that or ignoring him I can just irritated him.

“It was Jeanette.” Yes he was astounded. “She is here and didn't call me.” He said it loud like he don’t know how you should talk in lthe library.

“Can you shut up you are in library not outside.” Lydia shout at him.

“Sorry I shut up now so I think you should do to.”he was smiling all bright when he saw her like a fool.

“Sorry I said and put his things on his bag at grabbed him outside.

“When are you taking me.” he open his big mouth as soon as we left the library room.

“Good you are so childish, her are my apartment key Jeanette is her out waiting for you, take those and go to my apartment she need to bring me some stuff and help her to clean her room she is moving with me and enough with questions.” I give him the keys and push him at the entrance I saw Jeanette waving at us I wave back and when I saw Skylar. She was sit at the vending machine typing something on the laptop. I keep walking up .

“Hey, Rowan is it.” I turned around to see who was calling me.

“Yes” I said when I saw Lydia at the other side.

“Hi I’m Lydia. Can I ask you something.”

“Yes of course, is anything I can help.”

“Did you see a girl whith straight hair and green eyes and cherry lips, oh I’m sorry did you perhaps seen a short but not short girl whith straight hair and white tshirt and jeans around here?” she really knows how ti described people I wish she would continue the first paragraph.

“I think I saw some one a girl maybe down at the soda vending machine.”

“Thanks for the information.” she rushed down as she kept calling her name” Skylar don't move I now where you are.”

“I'm not” she replied at her. Somehow I returned to my seat to learn for more if I can.

After some good time of progress on studying I saw that both of them are back at the room and since is getting late and I saw that Lydia is not gone that means that her father will send them home. I got some messages from both of my sisters and cousins I didn't know what I expected to but not making my apartment messier than it was so I put all of my stuff in the bag and when I was looking for the keys I didn't have them and of course, he had it and now I need to text him and wait for goodness knows how much from him to come here. The second pas so and minutes and so like then have passed an hour and 30 minutes and he didn't show so I put again all my stuff in my bag and decided to take a walk home. After I closed the door I heard her voice behind me. “I guess she is leaving too,” I said under my breath.

“Rowan” someone screams my name the second I put my feet outside, I turned to see Jeannet running towards me.

“Slow down or you might fall.” I opened my arms wide and hug her as I pull her up.

“I missed you so much,” she said as she tried to catch her breath.

“But you sawed me yesterday.” I lifted her and put them on the table and tied her shoes.

“I didn't express my feelings yesterday.” she smiled at me.

“You brat you didn't say even hi to me when I come to get you but you express your feelings to him every time you see him, I'm all the time with you, not him,” Peter said and after that, he messed her hair.

“Because you are so bothersome.” she removed his hand.” We have bought food let's go home and enjoy our time together it has been so long time since we had been together.” she put her hand on mine and pulled me.

“Jeannett” I stopped her” you have bought fast food didn't you.” she smile like a fool to me.

“You can cook later your healthy food, come on I'm hungry.” Peter put his hand on my shoulder and pushed me to the car and Jeannett pulled me so I guess I have to listen to her. But I had a chance to see her.

“I drive.” Jeanette said.

“The hell no.” I took the keys. “You are to young and besides you dont have drive lecens.”

“But I know how, come on brother.”

“I said no, now get in the car I'm driving don't make me madder.”

“Okay, you don't need to be.” I know that I'm so strict with her but she doesn't need to be a spoiler. She is enough spoiler by Peter.” Peter, you sit behind.” so she did sit on the passenger seat and turned the sound up till the home and sang with her all voice like she was in concert. I let her enjoy those moments.

“Oh, we are here, Peter can you help me with my stuff?”

“Yes Princess with pleasure.” she opens the truck.

“Jeannet, open the door and I help Peter with your stuff,” I gave her the keys and took her luggage, and left Petter with some shopping bags on hand.

“Okay you can put them in my room and I heat the take-out for dinner.” she rushed upstairs and I blocked Peter's way with luggage.

“Stop giving her hope and treat her like this, you tell her about your new crush and end her feelings.”

“Rowan she is just like a sister to me too I never thought of her in that way.”

“Yeah you don't think but she has feelings for you, so make sure to end this with her tonight.”

“Come up faster you two old grandmothers I can't stay holding the door all night.” Jeanette spoke out from upstairs.

“We are on our way we just went down to make sure the car is located.” I said it back to her and lifted the luggage up to carry on the stairs.”You might look at her like a sister but she is not looking at you like a brother or cousin just make sure to her that U don't want to see her hurt.
