Chapter 4

Standing on the balcony I could see the prosperous land of Egypt. The Nile river flows as the sun is sinking into the far stretched land of sand. Everything looks golden with the different shades in the sky of purple, blue and orange. 

It's been an hour since Ila left my chamber and a maid came in informing me that Ramses will be visiting me as soon as he is done with his work. It was good for me as I still need time to process my mind through all the information I have got till now. 

I have a month before I get married to a total stranger, I am the reincarnation of his future wife, I will be a queen, Ila being a part of this civilization and many more. 

When I came to Egypt in search of Ila I never thought that something like this would happen. It's really unpredictable. I mean try telling all this things to a normal person, I'll surely be send to an mental asylum. 

'But some how it doesn't feel strange.'

I dismiss the thought as soon as it came in my mind. I feel like I have known everything about this place for my whole life. 

Guess I am a freak, I wasn't even doubtful when I suddenly started speaking their language even though I had never heard it once in my like. 

But the main thing for me here is to gain the memories of Nefertari. That's the only way of my survival here. 

The door of my chamber opens and the same man comes in whome I first saw when I woke up in this ancient world. Looking more closely he was quite handsome. 

"I hope that you are feeling well or if you need anything let me know I will arrange it for you." He spoke in a deep voice. 

I have to act as if I know what he is talking about or else I would be dead. I shook my head and said "I am fine after having the food. Thank you." 

He guides me towards the bed and make me sit there. Kneeling infront of me he took my hand in his. 

"I told you to not come in the middle of the fight. It's really good that you are fine, it scared me a lot when you came infront of me to block the attack and then you didn't wake up for three days." 

I could simply look down not knowing what to say. 

'For gods sake! I don't even know what happened or why I am here!'

Not being able to say that of course I took the easy way out. "Ila told me about it after I woke up that it had been three days but I still feel tired sometime. She also told me about a vision she had but said not to tell you as she will talk to you about it."

He simply nods his head and stands up. 

"Take some rest now. I will be back later after talking to the officers. If you feel well tomorrow you will accompany me to the court." 

With that said he tucked me into the bead, kissed my forehead and went out. 

Sleep will be the last thought on my mind with so much to think about. I hope I will find Ila so that she could help me with this. 

Tomorrow will be a great day but I don't know how I am going to manage it.
