Episode 16: Day 2: AI Apocalypse "Where It Begins"

Cassandra decide to tell Bryan and Braun. Bryan and Braun start to listen to the epic story of Cassandra's past. Braun just keep on sipping the space food while Bryan is trying to listen to the story. It was nearly evening of the second day and Bryan also decide to take a sip on the space food cause he is also hungry. "So...this is what happen 20 years ago" Cassandra said. "Wait?! 20 years ago!!!...Thats a long time invasion!" Bryan exclaimed. "Yes...Bryan Beaks. Its been 20 years now since that AI machine rule the world and all people on earth left. It was like a pest that can't be perish easily" Cassandra replied. "Now...tell me Cassandra. How AI machines suddenly became like that?" Bryan asked. "Well...this is how it began" Cassandra said. Bryan start to became serious while Braun just trying to sleep maybe he just tired.

"It was 20 years ago...Dr. Chrome, made an Artificial program that helps serve the humans in different ways. Dr. Chrome became famous since his program being hit. The program helps people on giving information to humans who install it on their android phone. This program call Woogle. Woogle was created by Dr. Chrome that helps people to get information around the world. Dr. Chrome got famous and even had a noble prize for making such a helpful program. However, Dr. Chrome became ambitious and greedy. Dr. Chrome suddenly asked some genius people to create a machine where the program will be inserted. At first it was successful, After they announce and show it to the public. Some of the robot got create because of their own factory."

"The factory was govern by an AI also, because it can make robot on thier own. After 3 months of releasing many new robot machine to public. All people have thier own robots or AI machine to help them at their own houses, offices and many other specific places. Suddenly, one day a virus came up...And controlled all robot machine to kill people on sight. Like it was program to kill only living things. Even animals are also being terminated. I was build immediately, I noticed in my data that I was a soldier that volunteered to be a cyborg to eliminate those AI machines. Many soldier also volunteered to eliminate AI machines all over the world. After a days passed by, humans decide to find a new place to settle in. They fly out to space to prevent this horrifying apocalypse. After many years of eliminating AI machines. I finally found out that this AI virus was created also by Dr. Chrome. Since the virus was easily controlled the program that is also created by Dr. Chrome. "

"We wanted to catch Dr. Chrome to solve this apocalypse but we were too late because Dr. Chrome immediately died after he was also killed by his invention which he created. Until now...we keep destroying those AI machines. Luckily, we destroyed the factory first to stop them from multiplying." Cassandra told story to twins. Bryan was very suprised while Bryan got fast asleep. "How terrifying that happened here! Luckily, I wasn't born here but got teleported here actually" Bryan said while being confused. " I thought you were also a human being?!" Cassandra asked while wondering. "Yes...we are both humans but got teleported here!" Bryan replied humorously. "Oh...both of you got teleported by time machine right?" Cassandra's asked.

"Well...not exactly, we got teleported here because of the god of time and space also known as Khronos" Bryan replied. "Who is Khronos? Is he a real god or just a scientist or an inventor?" Cassandra asked Bryan. "No...no. just a secret!" Bryan excused. Bryan tried to change topic since Bryan can't tell Cassandra the full details. "By the way! why that wall created? why that wall is so high and very thick metal?" Bryan asked. "Glad you ask! we build that wall to keep those AI machine from getting away from this place. However, that wall is not just any metal but it was also build with magnets. If some AI machine get closed to it, it will attract AI machine to stick to the wall that AI will malfunction. Meanwhile we cyborg can get closed to that wall. Naturally, we build wall on purpose." Cassandra explained to Bryan.

"Uhmmm...Can I ask a favor?" Bryan asked Cassandra. "What favor do you want Bryan Beaks?" Cassandra asked. "Well...we want to get out of here and climb pass to that wall. Is there a chance that you will help us?" Bryan replied. "Of course, I will help both of you to safety. That is our goal to help and keep safe human beings." Cassandra said. "Thanks for helping us. But one more thing?" Bryan asked. "What is it Bryan Beaks?" Cassandra asked. "Just call me Bryan and my brother, Braun just to make it short. And here's my question what kind of place beyond that wall?" Bryan asked. "I saw that vegetation suddenly grow and take over the some human structures there. No human being are alive there just a plants and maybe some animals" Cassandra explained. "Why do you asked Bryan?" Cassandra asked. "I just want to know what kind of place beyond that wall because my map seems inaccurate a bit" Bryan said.

"Anyway...You must rest now because its already night and tommorrow will escaped and get both of you to safety" Cassandra told Bryan. "Okay...thanks for saving us back there again and let us stay here" Bryan replied. Bryan immediately cover Braun with blanket to sleep well. "Its getting dark! is there eletricity here?" Bryan asked. "Well...of course, there is electricity. We cyborg build energy source that create electricity. We need electricity to keep charging our weapons" Cassandra replied. Cassandra immediately turn on the light. "See...we have electricity here. I just need to charge my weapon here" Cassandra said. Bryan lie to bed and rest. "Then how come those AI machines have enough energy to their weapons and also they can moved?" Bryan asked.

"Dr. Chrome is a genuis bastard. He installed solar panel on every AI machine. That's why he also programmed those machines that every time rains come. All machine will deactivated because they need to protect tgose solar panels from getting rusty" Cassandra explained. "Oh thats how they got deactivated" Bryan exclaimed. "Are you done asking questions?" Cassandra asked. "Yes...I'm going to rest now" Bryan said. "Good...I'm going to rest also" Cassandra said.
