Episode 15: Day 2: AI Apocalypse "A Female Cyborg"

Bryan didn't hesitate and went down to help the humanoid being while bringing his improvised weapon "The Flamethrower". Bryan got down fast to the building and decide to burn those AI machine. The humanoid being noticed Bryan that Bryan helped her. The humanoid decide to keep fighting to save Bryan. Bryan got cornered by those AI since the flamethrower got out of energy. The humanoid keep slashing on half those AI machines but the humanoid couldn't get through because of the bunch AI machines. Bryan had been cornered and afraid while touching on the wall. "Braun!!! Help me pls" Bryan screamed. As the AI machine about to kill Bryan. Luckily, Braun appears and blasted those AI machines with his plasma shotgun.

"Oh...brother, you're safe. I'm worried because you're gone after I awake. You keep leaving me" Braun said with mad tone. "I'm so sorry, I just want to help that humanoid being" Bryan said with apology and hugged Braun. After Bryan hugged Braun an AI was about to kill Braun and Bryan pushed Braun to dodge the lazer. Braun dodge the lazer but Bryan got hit on his shoulder that form like a hole and blood keeps gushing. Bryan fainted and Braun immediately blast all the AI with his plasma shotgun. On the otherhand, the humanoid also done destroying AI machines. Furthermore, The humanoid approach Braun. "Are you a human beings" The humanoid asked Braun. Braun looked at the humanoid that wears a hood with a long cape and had a metal high technology left arm. "Are you an AI too?" Braun asked while covering Bryan's wound. "No...I'm the protector of humans. Come with me, if you want to live" The humanoid being told Braun.

Braun carry Bryan and Braun followed the humanoid being. A bunch of AI machines, also followed them. Braun and the humanoid runs to a corner route of a building. The humanoid grab Braun and use the cape. The cape suddenly stretch and covered them all. And turns into invisible like the cape tried to camouflage. The bunch of AI just missed them and continues to walk. After an hour passed, the sun began to rise. The humanoid and Braun crawl slowly while hiding on the cape. Braun still carrying Bryan hoping that Bryan is still alive. Finally, the humanoid arrived to a safe house. The humanoid take inside Braun and Bryan to the safe house. The humanoid decide to heal Bryan, the humanoid being keeps spraying a chemical to Bryan's wounded shoulder. The chemical immediately covers the hole and heal Bryan's shoulder. But Bryan is still unconciously asleep. Finally, the humanoid take off her mask and cape. Braun just sat silently but after Braun saw the face of the humanoid, Braun was shocked when he realize that the humanoid being is a female cyborg. With a half metal face with a red eye on the right side, a metal left arm and a metal leg on the right side.

The female cyborg immediately use her left hand to create an electrical pulse that would awake Bryan. The female cyborg suddenly pressed the chest of Bryan and Bryan's body pump up. After that, Bryan awake. "What happened? Am I dead? What happened to Braun?" Bryan asked in confusion. Braun immediately hugged Bryan tightly. "Brother, Are you okay? I thought you were dead. Thank you for saving me back there" Braun said while crying. "Thank goodness...I'm alive, you too Braun you're alive" Bryan said. "By the way, what happened to the humanoid being?" Bryan asked. Braun point his finger to the female cyborg and Bryan followed it. "Well...that's her, she managed to save us" Braun replied. "Thank you for saving us...Ms? what's your name? by the way" Bryan asked.

"I'm Cassandra. The last cyborg here in Kepler 186. The protector of humans" The humanoid replied. "Thank you! Cassandra for saving us from those AI machines" Bryan said. "I just doing my job" Cassandra replied. "Wait...what job do you do?" Braun asked. "Didn't you listen! she is the protector of humans" Bryan said. "I'm Cassandra. The last cyborg here..." Cassandra just repeat what she was saying earlier. Bryan smack his forehead due to disappointment. "Please listen Braun! because this information is crucial" Bryan said. "By the way, Thanks for lifting me, Braun. You're stronger than ever" Bryan added. "Nah...Its fine. We are twin brothers right?! We never leave each other" Braun replied. "I just remember, didn't I just been shot by a lazer here" Bryan asked while looking at his shoulder. "Wait...what the heck just happened to my shoulder, it's healed" Bryan asked in confusion.

"I don't know what chemical she spray on your wound at your shoulder but your shoulder had been healed by Cassandra" Braun replied. "Maybe...this world is so advance even on terms of medicine is also advance" Bryan thought. "Do you guys hungry. I'm gonna get some food for both you" Cassandra said. "Okay...I'm so hungry right now" Braun replied. Bryan sat there thinking where they are? and why this apocalypse happened?. Cassandra came back with food but inside on a plastic sachet or some container. "Wait...a minute! Is this food?" Braun asked. "Yep...this is food, A space food...It's just a liquified version of our food, so you can swallow it quickly" Cassandra explained. "Hmmmmm...Is this what I think it is? Is this space food right? type of food product created and processed for consumption by astronauts during missions to outer space" Bryan said. "Yep...thats right! Did you study them?" Cassandra asked. "Nope...I just read it on someone's book. Actually, I didn't read it...I just saw it when I was with a passenger on a bus" Bryan replied. "You seem smart...By the looks of you two. You're both not from here. But I sense some heat signature over both of your body. That's why, I recognized both of you as a human beings" Cassandra said.

"Cassandra! Can I ask you something?" Bryan asked. "What is it? Bryan" Cassandra said. "What kind of people living in this world and what cause of all this apocalypse start to happened?" Bryan asked. While Braun just sipping the space food.
