Panic Attack

Tatsuya Shoji's Pov

It has been a few hours since my mate passed out from her panic attack. I learned that her name was Kaoru.

Beautiful.

I get on my knees at the edge of her bed and grab her hand and start to rub it back and forth.

She is so beautiful, perfect.

My mate.

I love her already. I just want to see her beautiful brown eyes again. The minute she went limp in my arms, my whole world crumbled down. I thought I had lost her after I just met her.

She looked so peaceful sleeping.

"I can feel her wolf," My wolf Taka says.

"I just want her to be alright."

"Kara told me that she is working her hardest to heal."

"She will be fine, right?" I ask.

"She should be," He says and leaves.

"Tatsuya," I heard her say in her sleep.

I chuckled and pull her closer to me. She cuddles into my side snoring slightly and rubs her head in between my neck and shoulder.

I hear her breathing move slowly and move to put her back gently. I pulled away and heard her whimper from our loss of contact.

"I will be back quickly, sweetheart."

I lay her back down and I left to go get the pack doctor.

Kaoru Kanade's Pov

I woke up to see that I am in a room that is not mine but it smells like Tatsuya. I feel myself relax from the intoxicating scent.

Tatsuya left the room to go get the pack doctor says in his note he left at the side table when I looked around and checked my surroundings. I turned around to see that the walls are a cream color and the bed spread is a dark blue and cream. I see a balcony and a white plush couch and wide screen TV. It's basically like a little house in here with a kitchen and everything.

I heard the door open and see Colton and the pack doctor.

"Miss Kaoru, I am just going to check your heart rate and pulse and then you should be fine." The pack doctor who's name is Kurama.

After Dr. Kurama left, Tatsuya helped me sit up and we talked for a bit. I am still kinda frightened of him a little but more comfortable than before.

We had talked about him and me, about when he is going to take over and stuff like that. Avoiding the topic of us being mates.

It's getting late and Colton helps me from the bed and walks me to a guest room.

We went pass at the door and he helps me sit down on the bed. He takes off my nursing gown, eyes closed, and helps me get into some PJs.

I laid down and we stared into each other's eyes. I got lost and didn't notice him lean in. He's getting closer and I feel sparks on my lips from his close proximity. He looks so dominating and perfect.

Wait, perfect? I never wanted a mate, afraid that he would reject me.

His lips brush mine when I turn my head away. He kisses my cheek instead.

"Goodnight," He says.

"Goodnight," I say and turn my head and get comfortable.

As I dose off he kisses my head and I heard a faint whisper but I didn't understand it.

I woke up to the sun flashing in my eyes so I turned the other way. When I find out that I can't go back to sleep, I got up and head to the bathroom to take a shower. I think about everything that has happened as the water runs against me. I can't be a Luna especially a Queen. I just don't know if I can handle all of the pressure of being a Luna of all werewolves.

I'm not even a full werewolf, I never shifted and I don't have super speed or super strength. I can only see and smell like one. I get the genes from my parents so I guess I am sorta pretty.

I got out of the shower and grab a towel and brush my teeth. I wash my face and curl my hair and braid my bangs back. I put on some eyeliner and mascara.

I wrap a towel tighter around my body and head inside the guest room. I went inside the closet and see clothes for me on one side of the closet.

I got dressed in some dark jeans and a cream sweater with my lace up boots. I grabbed some small earrings and walked out the room.

I stand in the hallway awkwardly and looked around to find out where I am. Confused, I just walked around and got lost in the way. At the end of the hallway, I just sighed and leaned on the wall.

I feel a tap on my shoulder and see Mitsuo.

"Lost? Follow me," he says and I follow him.

"What are you doing here?" I ask.

Is he supposed to be in this section of the castle?

"Tatsuya told me to come and get you."

"So are you his b-"

"Beta, yes."

I knew he was someone important.

"Oh. Well where is Tatsuya then?" I ask.

"In the office with his father."

"Are we meeting him there or?" I say leaving the question hanging for him to answer.

"You ask a lot questions don't you?"

"Yes," Kara said.

"Shut up," I say back.

"And no, he is meeting you after breakfast," Mitsuo said.

"Okay then, sounds great," I reply as he leads me to the dining room.

We walked in and everyone turns and they bowed. I started to feel uncomfortable and Mitsuo grabs my hand drags me into the kitchen.

We made waffles and coffee. I put peanut butter and syrup on mine and heat it up. I grab a cup of coffee and add a bunch of sugar and milk to make it extra sweet.

I grab my plate of waffles take a seat on the barstool. Mitsuo tells me about the castle and where everything is.

After we finished, he leads me to the office and we walked in. I see an angry Tatsuya and a frustrated Alpha King, which I later learned his name was Hayato.

Anyways both looked heated. I walked towards Tatsuya as he was growling at his father. I started to feel intimidated at the power of both Alphas. I shrink back and Tatsuya turns around to look at me. He eyes are black. He is pissed.

"Go calm him down!" Kara exclaims.

"How? He is scary!" I say.

"Walk over and hug him and rub his back. His wolf is going to take over if you don't move soon."

I hesitantly walked over to him and I hugged him and rubbed my hands up and down his back. I feel his breathing even out and I know he is calmed down.

I turn to see Tatsuya's mother, Koemi, calming her mate. She looks at me and walks over and hugs me. We pulled away and she smiles warmly at me. I smiled back.

"I'm Kaoru." I say.

"Hello, dear! I have been waiting to meet you. Just call me aunt Koemi or mom, as I would prefer," she says and puts her hands on my shoulders and pulls me into a hug.

She let go when Tatsuya pulls me into his chest. We took a seat with me on his lap. His mother looks at us and smiles.

His father is glaring at us, scarily I might add. *I*wonder why? Does he not like us together? Or does he not like me?

Tatsuya senses my distress and pulls me closer nuzzling his head into my neck. I squirmed, foreign to the feeling of someone nuzzling my neck. Koemi glances at me and sees my distress toward her husband. She walks over to him and leads him out the office. I nodded to her in thanks.

Mitsuo stands there awkwardly and then walks out. Probably uncomfortable. Tatsuya is still holding me but now he is slowly rocking me. I looked into his blue eyes and nearly faint from how vibrant they are. He stares back at me.

"Are you alright?" He asks, his voice giving me chills.

"I'm fine, just shaken up a bit."

"Don't mind my father, he is always glaring at someone." He reassures me.

He sniffs the air and his eyes turned gold with lust. He rushes us upstairs to our room and pushes me into the wall.

He attacks my lips and I responded. Our kiss was lead by hunger and very passionate.

He nibbles at my bottom lip asking for an entrance and I rejected it.

He growls lowly and I shivered.

"I can't control my wolf any longer," He says out of breath.

"We have to stop," I say.

He nods and we part ways. I head out of his office and went back upstairs to my room.

I grabbed my phone and dialed Chiyo's number.

"Hello," I hear her say groggily.

"Chiyo? Can we talk?" I ask.

"Kaoru? Is that you? Kazuna! Ruru Bear is back!" I hear her yell.

Next thing I heard really blows my ears out.

"Ruru! Are you okay? How is the castle? Are you doing alright? How are you and Tatsuya?" Kazuna questions.

Another thing about Kazuna, she tends to ask questions a lot.

I told them I am fine and we gossiped about Tatsuya and the pack news. Apparently, everyone knows about me and my panic attack. We talk about Hairi, our pack slut, who is complaining about it not being her. I just laughed and we talked about everything.

I miss my friends. I feel so distant from them.

"I'm gonna miss you guys," I say.

I hear them aww and reply.

"We are gonna miss you too!"

We said our farewells and I hang up. I looked around the room and see a pad of paper and pencil.

I grabbed it and started doodling on the page. I let my mind wander as I draw and see that I drew a black wolf.
