Episode 1 Hell God System

Lightning flashed through the sky as the thunder followed in the dark sky. A heavy rain began to fall.

On the streets of Rivertown, Long Chen, while walking in the heavy falling rain, muttered to himself "Heh, I am poor!"

"Why is God so unfair?"

A mocking expression surfaced on the young man's face.

Long Chen, when school reopened, he would be a second year college student at University of Rivertown. Since young age, Long Chen lived with his Aunty who tormented him everyday.

Long Chen had just turned twenty this year, his build above average compared to others at the same age. Although he had handsome face and a youthful appearance, his eyes gave off a sense of maturity and coldness that was not present in others of the same age, because of his life experience.

Long Chen's aunty have always used him to borrow money from gangs, which always got him beaten up when he didn't get the money to pay them. Because of this, Long Chen has to work in five part time jobs before he could pay his school fees.

Recently, his Aunty as an borrowed a large some of money from a different gang and disappeared. This night, the gang members came for the money, but since he couldn't pay them, they beated him sencelessly and left him in any alley. Before they left, they gave him 3 days to prepare the money or he dies. Long Chen draged his injured body as he walked on the road to the roof of an uncompleted storey building .

Long Chen knew he couldn't escape anymore. However, once he thought of the consequences of caugth without the money, his body started to tremble uncontrollably . This kind of life is simply too inhumane.

Why is it like this? Why? Why? what should I do? it would be fine if i could end it all.

Just as Long Chen was thinking this, he jumped down from the 25 feet tall building, hoping to end all his misery with his death, he closed his eyes and fell painlessly to his death.

"It's too cold, my life is over? just like that....! Damn it. It doesn't matter anyway, since no one will give a damn..! Too bad I couldn't make the most out it any enjoy life as most people " Long Chen sighed and said. As he sighed, he realized something and quickly he opened his eyes and said."Why am I still talking? " As Long Chen opened his eyes, he realised he was floating in the air as he looked at his bloody body on the ground. He sighed and said. "Is this my soul? I guess souls do exist in this world!"

As Long Chen was in deep thinking of what to do next, a lightning striked him from the skies. As Long Chen was feeling an excruciating pain all over his soul, a notification sounded in his mind.

"DING! INITIATING HOST SYNCHRONIZATION"

"DING! SYNCHRONIZATION PROCESS COMPLETED"
