At a private airstrip miles away, a black jet cut through the sky and touched down.

(waiting by the car)
“Welcome back, Aarav.”
Aarav Raichand stepped off the stairs, green eyes cold, unreadable, and piercing through the morning mist. His presence was magnetic — dangerous yet calm. The kind of man silence follows.
He adjusted his black sunglasses, jaw clenched.

“Is everything ready?”❄️❄️

“Yes. Tonight... the welcome party begins.”
Aarav said nothing. But somewhere in his chest, a strange restlessness had already begun — the kind that meant something was about to change
The Sharma mansion faded in the rearview mirror as Meher leaned her head against the car window, humming to herself.

(whispering to herself)
“Anika said it’s a surprise… Maybe she brought me something?”

She grinned.
“Or maybe she finally found a boyfriend…”
The driver chuckled from the front seat.
Driver: “Lagta hai aaj khushi ka din hai, Meher madam.”
(Looks like today is a happy day, Miss Meher.)

(laughing)
“Jab Anika hoti hai, din khushi bhara hota hi hai.”
(When Anika’s around, every day becomes a happy one.)
At the Raichand Mansion, a flurry of staff were busy preparing for the small welcome gathering. Anika stood near the poolside, directing flowers and food arrangements with her usual cheer.

“Haan Meher, hurry up! You’re late, and I missed you like hell!”

“I’m just five minutes away, drama queen.”

“Ugh! You’re lucky you’re pretty and my best friend.”
They both laughed — the kind of laughter only best friends share after being apart for too long
When Meher arrived, she was greeted with a warm hug that nearly knocked the air out of her.

“Dekha! Tujhse bina milke mera saans ghut raha tha.”
(See? I couldn’t breathe properly without meeting you.)

“Drama zyada ho gaya hai tujhme.”
(You’ve become way too dramatic.)

“Bhai ki kami thi… ab voh bhi pura ho gaya.”

“Nope. But he might be…”
Meher laughed, shaking her head as they walked into the mansion.
Upstairs, Aarav stood at his bedroom balcony, staring down at the garden. His green eyes were sharp, narrowed in thought. His return wasn’t just a homecoming — it was the beginning of something. Something he couldn’t name yet… but could feel
