Chapter 1
The soft morning sunlight slipped through the sheer curtains of the Sharma mansion, casting golden patterns across the polished floor. Meher Sharma stretched her arms lazily as the alarm buzzed faintly on her nightstand.
???
“Ugh… five more minutes,”
she mumbled,
Snuggling back into her pillow. But before she could drift off, a knock came at the door.
Sunita Sharma/ FL mom
“Meher beta, uth jao! Tumhe Anika ke ghar jaana tha na aaj?”
(Wake up, dear! Weren’t you going to Anika’s house today?)
Meher Sharma ( FL)
“Maa! Main uth gayi, promise!”
(Mom! I'm up, promise!)
Meher Sharma ( FL)
uffff... i Don't like to wakeup in morning 😩😩... how the hell my matasree wake up this morning 😩😩😩😩😩😩
Dragging herself out of bed, Meher yawned, stretched, and shuffled to the mirror. Her sleepy face turned into a grin the moment she remembered — Anika was back!
She got dressed in a soft pink kurti with little silver embroidery, leaving her hair open, and ran downstairs
Downstairs, her father Rajat Sharma sat reading the paper, while her mother prepared her favorite paratha
Sunita Sharma/ FL mom
(placing breakfast)
“Nashta toh kar lo, jaane ki itni kya jaldi hai?”
(At least eat breakfast, what’s the rush to leave?)
Meher Sharma ( FL)
(smiling)
“Anika ne kaha hai, kuch surprise hai uske bhai ke baare mein.”
Anika said she has a surprise... something about her brother.
Rajat Sharma/ FL Dad
(looking over his newspaper)
“Uska bhai? Woh toh kab se abroad mein tha na?”
(Her brother? Wasn’t he living abroad for years?)
Meher Sharma ( FL)
“Haan, waise bhi mujhe kabhi mila nahi usse. But Anika sounded excited.”
(Yeah, I’ve never met him. But Anika sounded excited.)
Sunita Sharma/ FL mom
(playfully)
“Zyada close mat hona un logon se. High-class hai, par unki duniya alag hai.”
Don’t get too close to those people. They’re high-class, but their world is very different.
Meher Sharma ( FL)
(chuckling)
“Maa, Anika meri best friend hai. Aur woh log mujhe bahut pyar se treat karte hain.”
(Mom, Anika is my best friend. And they treat me with so much love.)
Rajat Sharma/ FL Dad
(softly)
“Bas apna khayal rakhna, princess.”
(Just take care of yourself, princess.)
With that, Meher stepped into the family car, the driver already waiting. Her anklets jingled softly as she climbed in, heart full of excitement and innocence — unaware that today... her fate was about to collide with something dark and dangerous
