~ ANOTHER FEW MOMENTS LATER~
A car slowly moving thought the city streets.
Ravi, now sitting in the back seat, looks comfortable.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*sighing, speaking softly*
I feel so embarrassed about earlier. I can't believe he made such a sense over coffee...
Neil looks at him through the rearview mirror, trying to offer a comforting smile.
Neil Bhatt ( ML's bestie/right hand man)
*casually*
It's okay. Ravi. Everyone makes mistakes.
Ravi looks out of the window, deep in thought, his gaze resting on the busy streets.
Suddenly, his eyes widen, and he straightens up in his seat.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*sharply*
Stop the car.
Neil raises an eyebrow, surprised by his sudden command.
Neil Bhatt ( ML's bestie/right hand man)
*hesitant*
What? Why?
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*urgently*
Just stop the car!
Neil shrugs and pulls over to the side of the road. Ravi quickly gets out and walks toward a Temple nearby.
As he approaches, he sees Pihu standing with her back turned, talking to Ishita.
He calls out, a little nervous but determined.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*shouting*
Excuse me!
Pihu turns around, a smile on her face that quickly fades when she sees him.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*surprised*
you...are you following me?
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*shaking his head, smiling*
No, no. I was coming this way. Maybe if you'd told me you were coming, I could've given you a lift.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*laughing*
No, it's okay.
Ravi takes a deep breath and steps closer, his expression turning a bit serious.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*hestiantly*
If you don't mind, can we exchange names? I'm Ravi.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*smiling*
Pihu.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*grinning*
Nice to meet you, Pihu. Are you a student? Worker?What do you do?
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*nodding*
I'm a student. what about you?
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*grinning widely*
I'm a thief.
Pihu stops, her smile fading as she looks at him, unsure if he's joking.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*seriously*
Are you... serious?
Ravi suddenly looks much more serious too, nodding without breaking his gaze.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*seriously*
Yeah. I'm serious.
Pihu, clearly confused, and slightly uneasy, takes a step back.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*quietly*
Excuse me, I have to go.
She turns to walk away, but before she can take more than a few steps, Ravi calls out.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*laughing*
Gotcha! April Fool! It was a joke.
Pihu's jaw drops in surprise, she laughs.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*laughing*
Oh, so you're a joker, huh?
They both laugh, the tension from earlier easing as if they've known each other for a long time.
Just then, Anjali comes running toward them, her voice urgent.
Anjali Kumari (FL's cousin)
*yelling*
Pihu, watch out!
Before either of them can react, a figure dressed in black and wearing a mask rushes up behind Ravi.
The masked figure stabs him in the back with a sharp knife. Ravi stumbles forward, and Pihu catches him, her hands meeting his blood soaked back.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*groaning, breathless*
What... what's happening?
Pihu, panicked, tries to hold him steady as he wavers on his feet. The masked figure disappears into the crowd, running off quickly.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*shouting*
No! Ravi, stay with me!
She looks around, her heart pounding. Anjali, who has caught up to them, is also in shock.
Anjali Kumari (FL's cousin)
*panicking*
We need help, now!
Pihu holds Ravi tightly, trying to keep him from collapsing.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*desperate*
Somebody, help! Please!
Ravi looks at Pihu weakly,still in disbelief, his voice barely a whisper.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*weakly*
Thank you...for catching me.
Pihu,her face pale with fear, tries to steady him.
Pihu Kumari ( FL)
*frantic*
Just hold on, Rav! We'll get you help.
Ravi De Luca (ML)
*smiles weakly*
