Yes....you have to go....me and Lingxiao we both discussed it already....so just go with him *said with a serious face*
Zeyuan looked towards Lingxiao for some time and then looked at his brother and said....

B-but why do I have to go there!? *said being confused*

Well....the thing is....for some time I won't be here....I have to go to the X city for some business....and after what happened today I will not leave you here alone.... that's why I think you should go with him to his place.... he'll keep you safe *said assuring him*

well....not decided.....as soon as the work completes I'll come back....maybe a month or so.... don't worry while returning home I'll pick you up from there *said smiling*

While leaving the room Zeyuan thought of taking a small glance of Lingxiao....but when his eyes met Lingxiao's he got startled.....his whole face became red, and he hurriedly left the room.....

*looked at Zeyuan while smiling like an idiot*
Zhaoyan noticed that Lingxiao was smiling without any reason, so he asked.....

What happened?....What are you smiling about? *asked being confused*

Huh?.... nothing *said smiling*
All of them gathered in front of the carriage in which they would be leaving.....the servants helped them to pack their stuff inside the carriage....and finally they were about to leave when Zhaoyan turned towards Zeyuan and said....

Zeyuan....take care of yourself....and don't make troubles for Lingxiao....okay!? *said softly*

Right after apologizing Zeyuan ran and got inside the carriage, so he doesn't have to face his brother.....

With that they part their ways.... Lingxiao went inside the carriage and sat down.... Lingxiao and Zeyuan were sitting while facing each other....so to avoid looking at Lingxiao, Zeyuan went on looking outside the window..... Lingxiao was about to start a conversation but Zeyuan didn't look that interested, so he didn't speak any further....

The whole ride was full of awkward silence...where no one talked to each other....
After a long journey they finally arrived at the Han City where Lingxiao lives.....
They got inside the house and Lingxiao said to one of the servants to show Zeyuan his room....

Go freshen up.... I'll call you when dinner is ready....
Both of them went to their respective rooms to freshen up....after freshening up Zeyuan flopped onto his bed and started talking to himself....

So this is his house huh!!?.....not bad....the room looks luxurious....then the whole house will be luxurious too.... tomorrow I'll have to take a house tour *said being amazed*
Even though Zeyuan was amazed by the room but still something bugged him inside.....he started rolling on the soft mattress and kept on sighing....

Did I do it right by avoiding him after what happened?.....is he hurt because I kept on avoiding him throughout the whole journey?.....but he doesn't look that affected....
Zeyuan was talking all this nonsense to himself for a long time when all of a sudden he heard a soft knock at the door....he got up immediately and said.....

Let's go....dinner is ready *said plainly*

Oh... O-okay.... let's go....
Again throughout the whole dinner no one talked to each other....after the dinner Zeyuan came back to his room....he was way too tired from the whole journey so he fell asleep....
The next day Zeyuan woke up early and freshened up.....he got out of his room and started wandering inside the house.....

Woah this house is fantastic!!....last night I couldn't see it properly because of the darkness, but now I see it.... it's huge.....also the sun is getting inside and making it more bright *said excitedly*
while roaming around Zeyuan ended up in a balcony kind of place in the back side of the house....from where the lake can be seen....
Seeing the beautiful scenery he got more excited....

Zeyuan was mesmerized by the scenery in front.....he didn't pay attention to any other thing until he heard a voice.....

You woke up early.....did you have any problem sleeping last night? *asked plainly*

N-no it's nothing like that.... I slept q-quite well.... I j-just got up early out of habit *said a bit hesitantly*
Even though he slept well last night, but he got up early not because it was his habit....but actually he couldn't stop thinking about what happened between them even in his dreams....

While eating breakfast Zeyuan kept on stealing small glances of Lingxiao.....who was peacefully having his breakfast without any distraction....after some time Lingxiao spoke and said....

If you want to look around more inside the house than you're free to go.....but if you want to go outside you should definitely tell me... I'll accompany you cause it might not be safe for you to roam around all by yourself.... especially after what happened that night.....

No...if you want to go outside then you have to go with me or else you're not going anywhere.... I promised your brother that I'll keep you safe *said sternly*

After having their breakfast Lingxiao left because he has some work to finish.... Zeyuan again roamed around for some time and then went to his room....he thought of reading a book.....he took a book out of the shelf, sat down and started reading it....but for some reason he couldn't focus on the book....his mind kept on thinking about something else....

Urghh!!....what the hell is wrong with him!!....why is he acting so cold with me!!....it wasn't like that before....but why did he change after that bloody kiss!!! *said in frustration*

From the time we arrived here he kept on acting distant....keeps on giving plain answers....what is wrong with him!!!!..... Did I do something!? *said being frustrated*
Zeyuan kept on lashing out his frustration by thinking about the main reason for this whole situation..... But he couldn't find any proper reason.....he shut the book which he was holding and looked outside the window in despair.....
Zeyuan's whole day went by in boredom and overthinking.....he was mostly inside his room the whole day except for the meal time....even though he met Lingxiao at the meal time, but he didn't ask him anything further....they ate in peace without speaking much to each other and then went to do their respective works....
Even though Zeyuan wanted to roam around the house....but he was so frustrated and mad at both himself and Lingxiao that he thought of staying in the room the whole day....
On the other hand.... Zhaoyan arrived in X city....X city was a bit farther from where he lives....so in comparison to Han City it took a bit more time to reach there....
He arrived in front of the Su manor and went out of the carriage....right after getting off he was welcomed by a warm smile.....the smile he yearned to see for all this month....the smile which he missed....and the person whom he missed dearly.....

As long as I remember....last time when we met...we thought of calling each other by our names *said smiling playfully*

They started catching up with each other while getting inside the house....

I'm sorry my uncle couldn't receive you....actually he had to go to another city because of some urgent work....but don't worry I guess he'll come back by tomorrow or so *said in an apologetic tone*

No it's okay.....until he comes back we can have some time for each other to chitchat *said laughing lightly*

Even though none of them wanted to part ways immediately..... because they were meeting each other after a long period of time but still they had to part ways.....
Both of them went to their rooms and thought of taking, some rest....both of them were excited to spend some time with each other after a long time....and that's why that night they couldn't sleep well because of the excitement and happiness and whatever they were feeling....they just kept on thinking when will the sun rise so they'll be able to spend some time.....
