After they left Zeyuan came back to his room and started walking back and forth in distress while talking to himself....

Even though he said he'll tell me what is going on after they come back.... but I'm still worried about them....also the plot is not the same anymore, so I can't predict what will happen next....sh*t... *said in frustration*
Zeyuan was so frustrated by the whole situation that he could not keep his calm anymore.....but he still tried to calm himself down.....

Fine....calm down for now.....he said he'll tell me everything when they come back....so just calm down....think about something else *said trying to calm himself down*
He thought of calming himself down by thinking about other things rather than this whole messy situation.....he started taking deep breaths while trying to think....all of a sudden a memory flashed by his eyes.....a memory which got created just a few hours ago....by this specific memory he suddenly remembered the closeness between him and Lingxiao.....the place, the air, the situation.....with this Zeyuan's heart started beating faster and louder.....he blushed and said....

Saying that he went to sleep while thinking about it and whining like a kid.....
It was almost nighttime when Zeyuan woke up....after waking up he thought of taking a quick check to see if his brother or Lingxiao has returned or not.....he looked around but didn't find them, so he understood that they didn't return....he turned around to go back to his room, but suddenly he felt someone's presence there.....he stopped walking and stood still at his place.....he heard some footsteps approaching him.... hearing this he started running without looking who that is.....while running he turned around to take a look and saw two to three men are chasing him....they were wearing black outfits, so it was hard to notice them in the dark.... seeing this Zeyuan got terrified and thought of asking for help....he was about to scream when one of the guy among the chasers caught him and covered his mouth with is hand.....
(sorry for this long paragraph....I didn't know it would become this big (〒﹏〒) )

Uh hmm......uhhmmmm *struggling to scream*
Zeyuan started struggling against them so he can free himself....but he was alone and they were about two or three people so he couldn't overpower them.....but he still kept struggling....
By each passing second the chasers were losing their patience....and finally they thought of knocking him out.....one of the chasers rose their hands to knock Zeyuan out.....he was about to strike when another hand caught his hands and twisted them.....

It was really dark so Zeyuan couldn't see the person's face at first.....but after sometimes he finally saw who it was.....
Lingxiao and Zhaoyan finally came back....while entering inside the house they noticed the house was a bit too dark....most of the lights were off....

Yeah.... Did everyone fall asleep already!?
When they were almost inside they heard some faint noises from inside the house....they became a bit worried and went inside in a hurry and saw Zeyuan struggling against someone's grip....
The person who was holding Zeyuan was about to knock him out when Lingxiao went towards them and stopped....he held that person's hand which was about to strike Zeyuan and twisted them.....

Seeing one of their partners being attacked the rest of them went after Lingxiao....but before they could do anything to him Zhaoyan stood in front of them....he looked at them with a death stare.....

F*cking ba**ards *said with a raging tone*
With that all of them started fighting....only Zeyuan was standing at a corner with horror filled in his eyes.....even though the intruders were more in numbers but Lingxiao and Zhaoyan still overpowered them.....after some time the guards came and took those intruders with them....
After the guards took them Lingxiao hurriedly went towards Zeyuan who was standing at a corner being terrified by this whole situation.....

Zeyuan...are you okay?..... Did they hurt you? *said being worried while checking if there were any injuries*

N-no....I-I'm f-fine *said stuttering*

Let's go to my study....we can discuss the rest there *said huffing*
The three of them went to Zhaoyan's study and sat.....after the atmosphere settled a bit Lingxiao finally asked Zeyuan about what exactly happened....

By this sudden closeness Zeyuan's heart again started beating faster and louder than usual....he stared deep into Lingxiao's eyes without saying anything.....they stared deep into each other eyes and again started leaning closer to each other.....but this time both of them didn't back out and their lips finally touched....

The next day Zeyuan couldn't focus on his morning training....because his mind kept on playing the scene from last night.....after training he was sitting at his usual place...
He thought of avoiding Lingxiao as much as possible, but fate had some other plans....
After some time Bai Mochen came to him and said his brother was looking for him and told him to meet him in his study.....
