"That bitch wants to kill me!" she cries, scared that Serena might deeply hurt her this time.

"What do you think you're doing?" I ask as I rush to pull her off. I've always been amazed by Serena's agility, despite not having a wolf and being quite fragile, her body always manages to slip away or avoid blows in a fight. It's surprising that sometimes she's so silent that it's hard to know when she arrives or leaves. Such agility is worthy of strong wolves, but for an omega without a wolf, it's a blessing.

"This is none of your business," she snaps when he gets distracted watching Bianca prepare to attack.

"I told you to leave!" he growls, and his Alpha voice dominates Simon.

"Go, Simon, listen to your brother, the great Alpha," I say the last part mockingly.

"Don't hurt her or I'll tell my parents the whole truth," is all Simon says through their wolf connection, before leaving, preparing to call his parents if Sebastian hits her or does anything bad to her.

"All of you, get out!" he growls with a commanding voice.

"But my love," she protests.

"Out," he growls, making Bianca tremble with fear and decide to leave, but not without casting a hateful glare at me.

"What?" she laughs coldly. "You're doing this because I rejected you?" She crosses her arms, clicking her tongue. "Didn't you say you didn't care?" she asks mockingly and irritated to see that she fails to make her kneel—But you come and hit my fiancee; your jealousy is unmistakable.

"Because of your rejection? How ridiculous you are," she scoffs. "I already told you I don't care about that at all. I only hit her because I'm tired of that brainless idiot bothering me. She deserved it, too much trash polluting the air should be destroyed." Her eyes are truly cold; if she had more strength, she would have beaten her until she broke several bones. Bianca was unpleasant and always mistreated the weak; she despised and hated her.

"If you don't want to regret it, kneel and apologize to me, and then go apologize to your Luna," he growls with an Alpha voice, but he fails to make her bow before him, and that enrages him.

"Ha, ha, ha, did you think I'd be crying over you or that rejection would hurt me, as if I really cared about you? Are you stupid?" she looks at him. "I think the question is offensive. Of course you are, because only an idiot would believe that I'm going to kneel down to apologize to him and that bitch."

"That's no way to talk to your Alpha," he gets closer until he's face to face with her. "Kneel!"

"You've never been my Alpha and never will be. Kneel before you?" she looks him up and down. "I'd rather die."

It was true that Sebastian had done everything to her over the years; he had tortured, humiliated, and beaten her, even with his acquaintances, but what none of them had ever managed to do at those times was to make her kneel, not even by trying to hit her knees or using force to force her to give in. In other words, that was one of the things on the list that they had not managed to get her to do, and kneeling in front of them, she could say that she would rather die, but there was an exception, and that would be if she did it only for a loved one like Ian or if her own body did not respond to her. Otherwise, she wouldn't do it.

"Do you know the punishment for disrespecting your Alpha and Luna?" he growls.

"Ha, and what is it?" she asks mockingly.

"It's clear and simple, the penalty would be death or banishment without the possibility of ever returning."

"Are you going to kill me?" she laughs.

"You think I wouldn't dare?" he asks coldly.

"You're a coward and a lousy Alpha, nothing surprises me about you," I reply, feeling like I'm going to throw up from having him so close to me, but I'm not going to take a step back, I won't.

He's so angry that he kicks with all his strength, which Serena quickly dodges. The truth is, that movement doesn't surprise her at all. She only realizes that if that kick had hit her, it could have killed her instantly, since she wouldn't have been able to withstand an impact of that force.

"Bitch, I'm not going to kill you with my own hands, but I will leave you at the mercy of the nomads so they can do whatever they want with you." His gaze is very dark. "From now on, you are expelled from the Claws and Fangs pack. You have 15 minutes to get out of this pack, or I myself will have my shadows take you out."

"You know, I used to be a little afraid of those words, being kicked out of here since it's the only place I've known for many years, but not anymore, I don't care anymore," she looks at him as if he were absolutely nothing in front of her eyes. "I wish with all my heart never to cross paths with you again in the rest of my life, and you know what?
