Day 1

The four continued to run. Faster than before. Now they know that something is wrong with people and those around them. And they need to run away from those crazy people to save themselves.

Because of the unpleasant incident that happened to their dorm colleagues, they are discouraged, but they know they must move on. They are disappointed in themselves because they can't do anything to help them but watch as they die slowly and turn into psychopathic people.

"Ate Yuki, what's going on?" Crying and terrified, Michelle asked Yuki who was also thinking about what was escalating around them.

"I don't know." Yuki answers inadvertently.

"Just keep running." Michael told his twin sister and tightened the grip on her hand even more to calm her down.

Almost half an hour of running they saw the end of Sitio Villasarza. It has a 6-7 feet tall wall and at least 2 feet wide.

Several people had already climbed the wall to escape whatever disaster lay ahead.

"Climb up there!" Deiji shouted at the three because of the excessive noise around them. You will hear a mixture of screams, shouts, and the cries of children.

"Too high." Yuki advised because she knew that she couldn't climb anywhere high without a cling.

"Michael, you're first." Deiji called Michael and positioned herself.

Straightening her back, she leaned against the wall and bent her knees. She crossed his fingers and put them in front of her.

She did that so Michael could easily climb up.

"I can't leave Michelle here." Michael declined.

"You're not planning to leave her idiot! You're the one who's gonna pull us up." Deiji hurriedly explained to Michael.

She thought she was going crazy because of what she had witnessed. In her mind they should climb faster or those psychopathic people will catch up. Even Michael was hesitant, he pulled back and then he ran and stepped on Deiji's hand then stepped his other foot on one of Deiji's shoulders. But due to no experience in such things he was stocked on Deiji’s shoulder which caused Deiji’s shoulder and back in pain.

One hand seemed to be offering help to Michael so he immediately looked at it.

"Michael, hurry up!" Yuki shouted at him as she saw how hurt Deiji was.

"Glenn." Michael murmurs and grabs his classmate's hand.

Deiji took a deep breath when Michael's weight disappeared.

"Michelle it's your turn." Yuki gently pushed Michelle towards Deiji who was positioned again after a quick stretching.

"Hurry up, they're already here!" Michael shouted from above.

Michelle hurriedly stepped on Deiji's hand and tripped over her shoulder. Glenn turned back to them and helped Michael pull up his twin sister.

"They're coming." Glenn said softly when he saw bloody people running towards them in a hurry. But it was enough for Yuki and Deiji to hear.

"Yuki!" Deiji yelled at Yuki to wake her up. She realises that Yuki isn't in her mind right now because of what Glenn said. She seemed to be thinking again about what would happen to her if she was caught by them.

"Yuki!"

Three simultaneous shouts of "Ate Yuki!" brought her back to reality. Yuki widens her eyes and wants to slap herself because she's wasting time for the safety of Deiji who will be the last to climb because of them.

"Sorry." Yuki apologized then stepped on Deiji's palm and stepped on her shoulder.

She reached for Glenn and Michael's hands in front of her who were waiting to pull her up.

She was surprised when Deiji suddenly shoved her upwards. After getting up, she was stunned to see a man who was bloody and looked like his skin was torn suddenly rush toward Deiji.

"Deiji!" Yuki shouted in extreme nervousness.

Fortunately, she was able to avoid the onslaught of the man who did not seem to be in the right frame of mind.

Deiji took a stick near her and slapped it in the face. She was shocked that it did not affect it but the wood cut off instead. To her shock, she was unable to move her leg to avoid the next attack, so she just closed her eyes.

Deiji waited for a bite from the man as she could see them doing it to others. But she felt nothing. In no time, she opened her eyes and saw that Glenn had kicked it away from her, which had now come down from the wall.

"You first." Glenn told him then imitated her standing position so that friends could climb.

She just nodded then moved away a few steps to speed herself up. She even signaled to her friends to move aside and she would go up. Before she turned around she saw the bloody woman coming towards her so she ran and stepped on Glenn's palm then stepped on his shoulder up. Unlike Michael, she climbs effortlessly.

Michael and Deiji placed their hands on Glenn to help him up. But Glenn refused and then approached the man who rushed to Deiji.

He grabbed it from behind and tossed it against the wall. Glenn first waited for the woman to stand up and then he ran and jumped a step behind it and climbed without difficulty.

The four breathed a sigh of relief when Glenn climbed up.

"Uwuah!" They all looked at the baby close by.

They see a woman who they think is in her 30's. She was carrying a baby that they thought was her child. The woman cried at the same time as the baby cried while looking down below them.

They were almost depressed when they saw a man trying to climb the wall but couldn't because he was being bitten and eaten by crazy people.

Michelle hugged Yuki out of fear and sadness.

Later on the man they thought was the husband of the woman holding the baby suddenly fell down.

"He's dead." Glenn calmly says it towards the girl holding a baby.

The woman and baby cried even more which led to many crazy people trying to find them and struggling to reach them.

The girl was bitten because her foot was only hanging on the wall. Glenn was disappointed because of it. In his mind, it will also be a zombie because of what he sees and reads. Nevertheless, he was uncertain, since he wanted proof from the man who had recently died.

He sat down and faced the other direction so the zombies would not reach him. The three imitated what he did. Michael is sitting beside Glenn and Michelle is sitting beside his twin brother. Deiji is also sitting beside Michelle as Yuki is still looking at the crying mother and its child. She misses her own children.

Yuki was seated beside Deiji when Glenn suddenly stood up.

"Why?" asked Michael to his classmate.

"That man got up and turned into a zombie." Glenn pointed out the man who died a minute ago.

"Zombies?" they all asked in surprise.

"What do you think is happening?" The man asked the four. The man asked the four.

They didn't want to believe it but it was as if there really was a sudden zombie outbreak in Sitio De Villasarza.

"And I think it's only inside Sitio De Villasarza. So, our family outside is safe." Glenn said as he turned his gaze away from where they were.

Unlike inside Sitio de Villasarza, there are no signs of explosions or fire. Yuki looked at the woman who had been bitten earlier. The girl also stared back at her.

The woman cried, "I'm going to turn too, aren't I?" She asked sobbing. However, the five remained silent which caused the woman to cry even more.

"Can you hold my baby?" the girl asks Yuki.

There was no second thought. Yuki gently took the baby from her. The woman stood up crying.

"Please protect her." And with that, the lady jumps towards a bunch of zombies.

Zombies feasted on the lady who jumped a while ago.
