Episode 2

Park Industries (or Park Global Enterprises) – A multi-national conglomerate with stakes in technology, fashion, and real estate, known for its power and influence.

Mr. Park Hyunseok is a seasoned CEO with a sharp mind and a ruthless edge, building an empire that has made him both respected and feared. His many enemies often target his wealth and influence, but his protective instincts towards his family are fierce. As the only heir, Jimin is both a source of pride and anxiety for his father, who has worked hard to protect him from the dangers that come with such power.

Jimin, on the other hand, relishes in his naughty, playful ways, often making light of the serious world around him. His sassy attitude and knack for getting under people's skin irritate both his father’s business partners and the company’s security team, but it’s clear that Jimin is as sharp as his father in his own way—though he hides it behind a bubbly, carefree exterior.

The hum of engines filled the quiet night as Mr. Park Hyunseok’s convoy glided along the city’s deserted outskirts. Returning from a critical business meeting, Mr. Park was deep in thought, his sharp mind still working through strategies. His lead bodyguard, Jang Minho, sat alert in the passenger seat, scanning the darkness with the trained vigilance of a soldier.

But even Minho didn’t anticipate what came next.

Out of nowhere, the roar of engines shattered the stillness. Five black SUVs tore onto the road, their headlights glaring like predators' eyes. The convoy was trapped in seconds—one car rammed the lead vehicle while another blocked their escape from behind.

“Sir, get down!” Minho barked, pulling his weapon.

Gunfire erupted, loud and merciless. Bullets rained down on the convoy, ricocheting off the armored vehicles with a metallic screech. The air filled with smoke, chaos, and the cries of wounded men.

Outside, Minho and the bodyguards fought valiantly, returning fire with precision, but the attackers were prepared. They moved with ruthless efficiency, forcing the guards into defensive positions.

One of the attackers barked an order: “Close in! We take him alive!”

Mr. Park’s jaw tightened as he stayed low in the backseat. He wasn’t afraid of dying, but he hated the idea of being powerless. His enemies wanted to destroy him—and worse, they knew how.

“We’re outnumbered!” Minho shouted into his radio. “We need backup now!”

The enemy, sensing victory, pressed harder. A grenade was thrown, exploding near one of the bodyguards’ vehicles. The shockwave knocked two men off their feet. Minho cursed under his breath, sweat dripping down his face as he fired relentlessly, his resolve unbroken despite the dire situation.

It was then that a new sound cut through the chaos—a motorcycle’s engine, loud and feral.

A figure appeared on the horizon, shrouded in the dim glow of streetlights. The man on the bike was lean but exuded a quiet strength, his expression calm and focused.

Yoongi.

He saw the wreckage, the gunfire, and the unmistakable chaos of an ambush. Yoongi’s instincts screamed at him to leave, to avoid the danger. But his eyes caught sight of Mr. Park’s car. He knew exactly who was inside.

“Park Hyunseok,” Yoongi muttered under his breath. “The business tycoon.”

He remembered the headlines, the articles about the man’s empire. A decision flickered in his mind—helping a man like Park Hyunseok wasn’t just an act of humanity; it could be life-changing.

Yoongi revved his engine and sped into the fray.

The attackers barely registered his presence before he fired his first shot. A clean hit to the shoulder of one assailant sent him sprawling. Yoongi didn’t stop; he dismounted his bike, ducked behind cover, and unleashed a hail of bullets with practiced precision.

The attackers faltered, their formation breaking under the sudden onslaught.

“Who the hell is that?” one of Mr. Park’s bodyguards yelled, reloading his weapon.

Yoongi didn’t answer. He moved like a shadow, weaving between cars, his aim deadly. Each shot was purposeful, each movement calculated.

Minho, bleeding from a graze on his arm, yelled at Yoongi, “Cover the left side! They’re flanking!”

Yoongi gave a curt nod and shifted positions, taking down two attackers who were attempting to outmaneuver the guards. His calm, unflinching demeanor sent chills down even the hardened soldiers.

One of the attackers pulled out a grenade, hurling it toward Mr. Park’s car. Time seemed to slow. Yoongi’s eyes widened, and before anyone could react, he sprinted toward the grenade.

With a swift kick, he sent the grenade rolling across the pavement, where it exploded harmlessly in the distance. The blast knocked him to the ground, his ears ringing, but Yoongi quickly pushed himself up, his jaw clenched in determination.

The sirens of reinforcements finally pierced the night, and the attackers, realizing their plans had failed, retreated. The black SUVs roared away, leaving behind a battlefield strewn with bullet casings and wounded men.

As the dust settled, Yoongi stood amidst the wreckage, his breathing heavy but steady. His sharp eyes scanned the scene, ensuring the danger had passed.

Mr. Park stepped out of his car, his suit rumpled but his composure intact. His gaze locked onto Yoongi, a mix of gratitude and intrigue in his expression.

“You,” he said, his voice firm. “What’s your name?”

“Min Yoongi,” Yoongi replied simply, holstering his gun.

Mr. Park studied him, his mind already working. “You saved my life tonight, Min Yoongi. Why?”

Yoongi met his gaze without hesitation. “Because I know who you are, Mr. Park. You’re not just any man. If someone like you dies, it shakes the entire business world. And...” he hesitated for a moment, “I couldn’t just walk away.”

Mr. Park’s lips curved into a faint smile. “You’re an interesting man, Yoongi. Skilled, fearless, and smart. Tell me—where did you learn to fight like that?”

Yoongi’s gaze turned distant. “Life taught me, sir. When you’ve got nothing, you learn to survive.”

Mr. Park stepped closer. “A man like you shouldn’t have nothing. Come to my office tomorrow. Let’s discuss your future.”

Yoongi raised a brow, skeptical but intrigued. “My future?”

“Yes,” Mr. Park said firmly. “I don’t believe in coincidences, and I don’t waste talent. Be there.”

Yoongi thought for a moment, then nodded. “Alright. I’ll come.”

As Minho approached to escort Mr. Park to safety, Mr. Park turned back to Yoongi. “Don’t be late. I don’t tolerate tardiness.”

Yoongi smirked faintly. “Neither do I, sir.”

With that, Yoongi stepped back into the shadows, his figure vanishing as the sound of sirens grew louder.
