By lunch break I was really tired not because of the classes but because of the students who kept trying to find how great my genius mind could go. I couldn’t ignore the due to etiquette so I just rolled with it. The only bright side to it was that I didn’t have to worry about Isabella and could finally meet her. I went to her class vut found out that she was missing. I asked around and managed to find out what happened. She had been bullied and ran to the infirmary to take cover. I was unhappy and irritated hearing this but then something clicked in my head. This was what happened in the diary I had read 3 years ago It just had a little changes to it. I started to wonder if it could really predict the future and decided to look for Isa unintentionally bumping into someone on my way and falling on my butt. I looked up to apologize but the words got stuck in my throat seeing the person glaring at me. It was a black haired boy with deep black eyes that were like a wormhole. It would be the first time we were meeting but a fear creeped through me like I had known him for a long time and had an urge to keep away from him making me stutter. I was brought back to my senses by a familiar cute voice “ Chris! Are you ok ? You didn’t hurt yourself did you ? “ I turned to the side and met Isa’s worried eyes “ I’m fine ! “ she stretched out her hand to me and I gratefully took it standing up “ thanks ! “ “ what are you doing here ? Isn’t it time for Lucy break ? have you eaten ? “ “ oh ! I haven’t ! I came to look for you so we could eat together but found out what happen and decided to check up on you ! “ I explained giving her a faint smile “ don’t worry ! I’m ok now thanks to Brian who brought me here “ she then gestured to the boy I had previously bumped into “ he’s my neighbor! “ I nodded at him to acknowledge his presence then started walking away with Isa but he oddly kept following us silently like a ghost without saying a word. I wondered why his presence affected me that much and wondered why u was so scared of him even though it was our first encounter. I wanted to ask Isa but since he was still lurking around I couldn’t since it would be considered rude. It was only after lunch break that u found out his true identity from Amanda Anderson the energetic girl who approached me earlier that day “ he’s Brian Andrews ! His parents run the only electricity supply network in the city and are very busy with work. He’s an only child and currently lives with his grandmother since he’s parents are really home. He’s cold blooded and really talks to people only saying rude and sarcastic remarks when he felt like it. He’s also in our grade and seats right behind you ! “ “ right behind me ? “ I asked a chill running down my spine “ you mean he was there all through this morning ? “ she nodded and a sense of guilt washed over me since I didn’t even notice he was there.
