"Then why is your face so unsightly?" Zhu Yan asked seriously looking at Li Lun. "He said he could help me at that time on the condition that I change my mind but I didn't believe him. He didn't lie to me. Now I'm threatening him." Li Lun said sadly.

"If you know you're wrong then change your attitude." Zhou Yichen said flatly. Li Lun looked at Zhou Yichen smilingly. "You're right." Li Lun said in agreement. Qi Yize came out of his house. "It's already night. Go get some rest." Qi Yize said smilingly.

"It's still not too late." Li Lun protested. "Did they come?" Zhu Yan asked in horror. Qi Yize nodded. "Let's go home." Zhu Yan said pulling Li Lun and Zhou Yichen with him back to Elder Mu's house which was not far away.

"Go get some rest." Elder Zhu said pulling Elder Li away. "I still want to talk to A Ze." Elder Li protested. "A Ze needs to rest so he can recover faster." Elder Zhu said indifferently.

Qi Yize didn't sleep that night and stared at the starry sky while sitting on the stairs in front of his house. The day changed and Li Lun approached Qi Yize. Qi Yize patted his side. Li Lun sat there.

Qi Yize held Li Lun's head and approached Li Lun. Li Lun and Qi Yize's foreheads touched. "What's wrong with you?" Li Lun asked in surprise. "Close your eyes and concentrate." Qi Yize said. Although confused, Li Lun obeyed.

In an instant, Li Lun could see an island floating in his mind. "Concentrate and accept him." Qi Yize said. Li Lun followed Qi Yize's instructions. "If you feel spiritual energy flowing into your body then you can open your eyes." Qi Yize said flatly.

Li Lun slowly opened his eyes and was shocked to see Qi Yize who was still very close to him. "Ahem." Zhu Yan's voice was heard. "Zhu Yan?" Qi Yize muttered. "Are you happy to see A Ze's face so close?" Zhu Yan said teasingly to Li Lun. Li Lun's face turned red.

Qi Yize let go of his hand and moved away. "Did you hand over ownership of this island to him?" Zhou Yichen asked smilingly. Qi Yize nodded. "That's why you didn't know he opened his eyes for a long time." Zhu Yan said in return for Qi Yize's nod.

Zhu Yan smiled mischievously at Li Lun. "Shut your mouth!" Li Lun said annoyedly. "You did take advantage of the opportunity." Zhu Yan said teasingly to Li Lun. Zhou Yichen approached Qi Yize. "Yize?" Call Zhou Yichen.

Qi Yize remained silent and did not respond. Qi Yize's hearing was gone. Zhou Yichen sat beside Yize and patted Qi Yize's hand. Qi Yize smiled and pulled Zhou Yichen's hand to write on his palm.

[Xiao Zhou]

Zhou Yichen wrote on Qi Yize's hand.

Qi Yize wrote again on Zhou Yichen's hand.

Zhu Yan felt the spiritual energy moving more smoothly than usual. Zhou Yichen stared at Qi Yize before writing something on Qi Yize’s hand.

[Why don’t you eat it? This medicine can increase the strength of spiritual energy itself.]

Qi Yize wrote on Zhou Yichen’s palm.

"Can he hear?" Zhou Yichen asked confusedly. "No, but he knows what I'm going to say. If you're curious, after training I'll tell you where he went." Elder Zhu explained. Zhou Yichen nodded.

Training until nightfall and everyone was exhausted. The three of them had no energy to move. The next day, Elder Zhu came when the sun had not even risen, the sky was still dark and Zhou Yichen was already waiting for him.

Elder Zhu brought Zhou Yichen into a cave. Out of the cave, there was a waterfall and twin trees as well as a full moon. Qi Yize was soaking there. Zhou Yichen was about to approach but was stopped by Elder Zhu.

"If you approach, you will be injured. This is a frozen lake. Anyone who enters it will freeze." Elder Zhu explained. "He is a Qilin with a fire core. He..." Zhou Yichen's words were interrupted.

"He can only use this to recover. His injuries are not as simple as they seem. Although this method is extreme, if you want to help him, then you two become stronger than that Jiu Weihu." Elder Zhu said. Zhu Yan came out of hiding. Zhu Yan quietly followed Elder Zhu and Zhou Yichen.

"Why didn't I see Shifu?" Li Lun asked. "He went to town." Zhu Yan said. The three of them had a day off today. "I pass by town every day but I didn't see Shifu." Li Lun said suspiciously. "It's possible that you just didn't meet him." Zhu Yan added casually.

"Liar." Li Lun said. "Zhou Yichen, tell me where is Shifu?" Li Lun asked. "He's in the frozen lake." Zhou Yichen said. Zhu Yan sighed. Leave everything to Zhou Yichen. Zhou Yichen was the type of person who couldn't lie.

"Yunsheng, the frozen lake can freeze the meridians and the heart. You guys let him go there." Li Lun said angrily before leaving. Zhu Yan sighed. Zhou Yichen quickly followed.

---frozen lake---

Li Lun's neck was grabbed by Qi Yize. Qi Yize stood on the frozen lake. "Stop!" Zhou Yichen said. Zhu Yan also arrived. Qi Yize looked at Zhou Yichen before throwing Li Lun towards Zhou Yichen. Zhu Yan and Zhou Yichen held Li Lun's back so that he didn't fall. "Thank you." Li Lun said adjusting his standing position to lean against the cave wall.

"Get lost." Qi Yize said flatly. "You guys better go back. Qilin currently sees you as a threat." "If you don't go then you will die."

"Take care of Li Lun." Zhu Yan said to Zhou Yichen. "Zhao Yuanzhou, what are you going to do?" Zhou Yichen asked worriedly. Zhu Yan went down into the frozen lake. "He's crazy!" Zhou Yichen said annoyed and followed.

The two of them walked towards Qi Yize who had returned to soaking in the frozen lake. Qi Yize attacked both of them but both of them managed to block Qi Yize's attacks. "Wake up." Zhu Yan said. "Qi Yize, wake up." Zhou Yichen said.

Qi Yize's blue eyes slowly turned back into golden eyes. Qi Yize stared at the two of them silently. "Go back up. Are you two crazy?" Qi Yize said angrily. Li Lun pulled Zhu Yan and Zhou Yichen with his tree roots.

Qi Yize climbed up from the lake to the land. Qi Yize looked at the three of them with complicated feelings. In Qi Yize's hand came three bottles of medicine. "Drink it." Qi Yize said handing it to the three of them. Li Lun, Zhu Yan and Zhou Yichen took it before drinking it.

"What medicine is this?" Zhu Yan asked. "What do you think?" Qi Yize asked. Zhu Yan was silent. It seemed that Zhu Yan knew what Qi Yize meant. Medicine made from Qilin tears.

"Why did you come here?" Qi Yize asked. Zhu Yan and Zhou Yichen simultaneously pointed at Li Lun. Li Lun's head was hit. "Why did you hit me?" Li Lun protested. "Because you're stupid." Qi Yize said flatly.

Zhu Yan and Zhou Yichen held back laughter. Li Lun stared at the two of them angrily. "Go back and practice. If you don't want the human realm to be destroyed. Here it's 3 years but there it's only 1 day and 2 nights in there. Because we left at night." Qi Yize said flatly.

Qi Yize returned to the frozen lake. "Why is it so fast?" Zhou Yichen asked. "Because the inner core that was eaten was not a small amount." Qi Yize said. "Then I won't die from entering the frozen lake, Li Lun." Qi Yize added.

Zhu Yan dragged Li Lun with him. "Do you think we'll win?" Zhou Yichen asked. "If you use the Bingyi family technique. We'll win." Qi Yize said smiling. Zhou Yichen smiled before leaving.

The two trees were the guardians of the frozen lake. "Too kind." Both of them muttered.
