•••Fall of Facade•••
Enjoying Let's continue Further
[The queen’s eyes narrow, and for a brief moment, a flicker of unease crosses her face. She hadn’t expected this—Isidore’s words cut deeper than any sword could.]
Isidore Gulliver
[stepping closer, his voice low and dangerous] "You’ve turned our family into your personal game of chess. You think we’re afraid of you? You think we owe you anything but resentment? The truth, dear Queen, is that power built on fear always crumbles when it meets the truth. And the truth is, you are no ruler. Just a puppet pretending to pull strings while your own world unravels."
[A deadly silence follows his words. The air is thick, and even the other heirs seem to hold their breath. The queen stands frozen, her face pale with a mixture of shock and barely contained rage.]
Isidore Gulliver
[smiling, like a serpent poised to strike] "So, before you call the rest of us mere pawns, remember this: the only thing truly in your control is how fast your empire will fall."
The queen stands there, momentarily stunned, Isidore’s words lingering in the silence. Her fists clench, but her face remains composed—a mask of icy calm barely concealing the tremor of anger beneath.]
Russo Valentina
"You dare speak to me in such a manner, Isidore? I expected more... respect from a member of this family."
[She slowly regains her composure, lifting her head high, as if refusing to acknowledge the impact of his words.]
Russo Valentina
"Do not mistake kindness for weakness. I’ve built this legacy from nothing, molded each of you to be more than you could ever achieve alone. And you repay me with… arrogance?"
[Her gaze shifts across the room, making sure each heir feels her penetrating stare. She speaks louder, her tone laced with unyielding authority.]
Russo Valentina
"Understand this, all of you. Defiance is a privilege you can ill afford. Cross me again, and you’ll see what becomes of those who try to undermine the power that holds this family together. I will not be questioned. Not now, not ever."
[But despite her commanding tone, a slight tremor slips through, betraying a crack in her armor. Isidore’s words have rattled her, and the other heirs notice it, even if she tries to hide it.]
[Realizing she needs to regain full control, she steps back, dismissing Isidore and the others with a wave of her hand.]
Russo Valentina
[coldly] "Enough. We have wasted too much time. Return to your seats, and remember who stands above you."
[As she turns away, her expression briefly falters, a flicker of fear showing that Isidore’s words have left her shaken—an emotion she rarely allows herself to feel.]
