Leo finishes a high-energy set on stage. The crowd cheers as he takes a bow and heads backstage.

His phone buzzes just as he grabs a bottle of water.

Leo's Manager

[hurrying over] "Amazing show, Leo! You nailed it out there."

. Leo Harkness

"Thanks. They were a good crowd tonight." [He takes a sip of water, catching his breath.]

[Phone buzzes again in his hand. He glances down, reading a message from his family’s estate.]

. Leo Harkness

"You've got to be kidding me..."

Leo's Manager

"Something wrong?"

. Leo Harkness

[sighs, rubbing his forehead] "Just my family. Apparently, I’m ‘required to return home immediately.’ Something about a decree from the queen."

Leo's Manager

"You’re going back?"

. Leo Harkness

[hesitates] "I don’t know... This life—being up here on stage—this is what I want. But when the queen calls..." [trails off]

[He glances at his guitar case, realizing that the freedom he’s found in his music might be slipping away.]
