Do I Deserve Him?

Four blocks away from my house, he watched me in fear and eventually gave in to answer the question after trying to change the topic many times. "Fine. I asked one of your friends...what's his name again? Um...yes, Yeogin", he said avoiding eye contact. "Oh. That's not creepy at all', I said in my mind. After Aaron said that, he looked as if he was cold sweating. But me with my naive self didn't give it much thought into it. "Alright", I said, and took hold of his hand and unknowingly made him smile. Aaron stopped in front of my house and placed the car into park mode."Here you are", he said and leaned back into his seat. "Thanks. I really enjoyed tonight", I told him and took off the seat belt. "Me too", he said. He leaned forward and pulled my chin, only leaving four inches between our faces, teasing me and we kissed. The hand on my chin trailed up into my hair, creating tingles in my hair. My hand laid flat on his thigh, and crawled up to his neck. The kiss went on for a few seconds until we both pulled away, silently gasping for air. "Well, goodnight then", I told him after I fully got back my breath. "Goodnight. See you at school tomorrow", he responded and tucked a piece of my brunette hair behind my right ear. Not me blushing. He then placed a light kiss on my cheek. I got out of the car blushing hard like a tomato and got inside of the house and waving at Aaron before locking the door. He later drove off speedily after I locked the door. I took out my phone out of my pocket looked at the time and the time was 8:34pm. "Hey honey. How was your time out?", My short and warm hearted mother made her way to hug me at the door and I embraced her hug back."It was good. I'm just gonna get ready for bed if that's alright", I told my mother rubbing my eyes. "Yeah, of course. See you in the morning", she said going into the living room. I took off my shoes and rested them on the shoe rack and made my way upstairs.

Upstairs in the bathroom after my shower, I brushed my teeth, flossed and put on my favorite pajamas. Which has dogs all over the shirt and pair of soft pants. I hung up my white towel and hopped on my bed and saw a message from Yeogin.

Yeogin: "How was the hang out with Aaron go?". Me: "It was pretty good actually". Yeogin:"That's boring😒. Anything exciting actually happened?". Me:"We kissed." Yeogin:"Damn! You guys together now?". Me:"I think so?". Yeogin:"What do you mean you 'think so?' Actually, don't answer that. See you at school tomorrow. You give me such a headache". Me:"Goodnight".

I turned on my alarm and turned off my phone and watched the white ceiling and strayed away in my thoughts about tonight with Aaron and felt bad that I'm just being with someone because of a bet.
