Episode 5: An Awkward Shopping

Paula is too emotional that night, she is running while crying in midst of nowhere. She have no idea why she was crying that night all she wanted to do is get far away from someone who caused her in pain. She run as fast as she can that night when there's a light with a buzzling sound comes nearer and nearer. Before she realized that it was a car, she was already hit by it and that's the time she was unconscious. "Good thing it was just a dream, but why do I keep on dreaming of it?" the only thing that comes into Paula's mind. 

That worst nightmare always keeps on popping in Paula's dream. All she can remember that nightmare is that there's someone go down the car and hurriedly grabbed her. The face is not as vivid as the foogy environment during rainy season. All she can assure is that it was a voice of a man who is too recless yet to worried of what happened.

"Good morning darling" it was a lovely voice from Marko.

"whhaa" Paula is assuring if she is dreaming but she's not. "what are you doing here, too early in the morning?"

"Hmp?" Marko think as if he have no idea of why he is there. "well, Mom says we should go to shopping. Only if you want to change the clothes that you are wearing." in teasing voice.

Paula remembered that all her things was stolen so she doesn't even have spare of clothes.

"Okay, but please knock first or wait outside." defend Paula.

"Actually I've been knocking for so many times but no response at all. That's why I decided to just enter since the door is not locked."

(I don't remember if I locked the door nor remember of I hear someone knocking) in the mind of paula. "Okay fine! Just wait me outside. Can you?" pissed Paula.

Marko just smila and walk out the door.

(after a minute)

"You look lovely" says Marko.

Paula blushed yet pissed off with Marko. She just show her angry face to Marko that cause Marko to laugh.

Rigth after they eat their breakfast, Marko drive the car on his own to shopping mall.

(Inside the mall)

Paula is too busy murmuring with the clothes she wants to by, just as she usually do when she's at the mall. She is too hesitant for she doesn't have any idea how much money does she has to spend. Now that she doesn't have freedom in everything she needs it was the first time that she controls the things that she wants to buy. While Paula is busy looking at some clothes, she heard someone calling. She's pretty sure that she's the one who is calling but she wonders why the man is uttering different name. With a surprise it was boy's name. In curious mind she looks at the person who's calling to clarify everything. Now that they noticed each other the boy hurried approach her. "Thurdy? Is that you? You look different but it suits you very well. I never thought you're a girl." says the strange man. But he doesn't look like he's lying.

"Sorry, do I know you? I'm not Thurdy. You must be mistaken." depend Paula.

"No, I can't be wrong. I know you. Don't play tricks with us. You cannot fool us." The stange man sounds convincing. The way it looks and the way it approach Paula, it seems like she know Paula or the man the he is talking to for a long time. Before this man says more about Paula, Marko arrives.

" Carlo? What are you doing here? Why are you talking to Paula? Do you know her?" too many questions from Marko.

"Isn't she's Thurdy? You're joking, right?" asked Carlo in a curious voice.

"No she's not. You're mistaken. I know what you mean but that's not possible. Thurdy is a real man and never in his dream to be a girl, now that he's enjoying tons of girls in his side."

Paula on the other hand are just listening and trying to compose herself on what the two boys are talking. It seems that they're friends or something. They seems close to each other.

" Oh by the way Carlo, this is Paula my cousin. Paula this is Carlo, my classmate and a friend of mine" introduced by Marko.

The two just shake hand as if they don't have other choice.

"How come you have a beautiful cousin? Where is she from?" asked Marko.

"Hmp, too many questions. I can itroduced you to her some other time. Where here to buy some stuff."

"Okay, see you around."

Carlo go separately to Paula and Marko. Paula can't help herself from thinking of is Thurdy and why is Carlo think of her as him. Without hesitation she asked Marko, "Who is Thurdy?"

"He's our classmate and a close friend."

"Then why is Carlo think of me as Thurdy?"

"Well, you have the same features. Your color complexion is exactly the same as his, your tiny lips is just a bet similar, while your nose and eyes are pretty much common. The only think differ in your eyes is that yours is brown while his is black. Also, you looks feminine while he looks masculine. Both of you suits the features in your face" explained Marko.

"Okay. Do you think we can meet?"

"Why are you asking? Even if you meet I will not allow you to be with him."

"Why not?"

"Because you might fall in love with him" with matching look in Paul's eyes.

"Stop it!" Paula is blushing again. "I cannot just fall in love with random people."

"You can't say that, now that love is the most powerful weapon in the world."

The too never stop teasing each other even on their way home. A day filled with invisible sweetness in both of them. They looks like they understand each others very well in different way. While they contast with their likes still they manage to be with each other.

"No matter what you say I still want to meet Thurdy."

"Even if there are plenty of girls that sorrounds him?" Marko wants to disappoint Paula.

"Even if" with confidence.

"Even if he has body odor?" laughing.

"Even if he smells bad more than you" Paula talk back.

"Even if he's pervert?" in a not so convincing voice.

"Is he?" with a confusing facial expression.

"Well, see it for yourself" plays hard.

The too seems very open with each other. You can imagine the happy couple in their image. Both are satisfied being with each other.
