Purity

I've been on the road for exactly two days.

Today I'm going to stop for a bit and rest.

I left the Javari Valley, where my pack was located, passed by the river, and now I'm close to or already in the state of Peru. I know it's far from where I was, but remember I told you I'm almost a wolf? And my running speed on foot is equal to theirs, I just never showed myself to anyone.

I want to get to the United States, I heard a lot about the place through magazines and television, I want to try to go there and start from scratch.

I hitchhike with a super nice couple and off we go on another hike.

They leave me as close as they can near Nauta, here I rest for a day.

That same day we arrived in Tumaco, the place is beautiful and full of beaches and greenery.

The Hotel Vila do Sol is in front of me, I feel my legs vibrate with emotion, she is here, I feel my heart racing just thinking about seeing her for the first time.

I walk in front of everyone, but here I need to be calm, this place only has humans, no wolves.

I arrive and ask the hotel receptionist.

Translation:

Hello, good morning. I need to speak with an employee, her name is Pureza.

Hotel Employee:

"Buenos dias señor, lo siento pero no tenemos a nadie con ese nombre aqui."

Translation:

"Good morning, sir, I'm sorry but we don't have anyone by that name here."
