Chapter 4 Bad feeling

Luke's POV

He is slightly in deep thought as since back in class when he saw the new student he felt she is familiar. But he's curious why she is crying, he stopped thinking about it.

"Hey man are you okay. You look like your thinking of something. Perhaps your thinking of a girl.My best bud is finally becoming a man." Tom teased with a smile and with hopeful thoughts.

 Luke grabbed him by the collar as Tom smile while sweating bullets and begging."Okay,hold up. You know I am joking.No need to get serious".

They walk past some girls students who eyed Tom but mostly Luke. But when they feel his aura and saw his expression they ran away.

"You know I feel sorry for the one that would marry you one". Tom mumbled.

Luke lean against a tree as he lit a cigarette and smoking. He hears Tom saying." Well look it's the new girl". He looked at Marie who is sitting on a bench but look away uninterested.

"I see then go bother her. And stop bothering me". Luke's uninterested gaze looked at his best friend as Tom smile with a pout and looked at Luke. "Na man I might be a player but not my type but I see no appeal".

Tom looked at Marie one last time who has a thick shirt on and pants that isn't girly with brown long hair and blue eyes but plain looks.

Time skip After school

Luke get's on his motorbike but felt eyes on him as he look up to see Marie.Their eyes met for a second as she looks away.

But to him, it doesn't matter as he start the engine.As he drive home.

Time skip 30 minutes later

There's a big wide mansion as Luke get's off and walked in.He gets hugged and as he hugged back his sister.Then walked past without saying anything.

"Heartless coldie",his sister mumbled.

His mother who is quite still beautiful and youthful for her age looked at her son and sigh."My dear son I hope your not skipping classes again or smoking".

As she looked at her son's appearance. His tattoos and piercings and dangerous, distant cold aura that's remind her of his father. She wonders to herself, (I worry that I might never get grandchildren one day)

"Luke my dear son.I want you to enjoy your life. Date, fall in love". She says looking with worry. But Luke stay silent as he turned away.

"I am tired, sorry", that's all he says, and he kiss his mother's forehead and walked upstairs to his room.Then he sat on his bed and his cold icy eyes staring at a photo frame of his father.He light a cigarette and smoking as he put on headphones and listen to some music.

While staring up in a daze. He mumbled to himself." Sorry mother I can't make promises I can't keep".
