More update for you guys because I'm in good mood today. Then let's get started with it.
A few days passed by just like that, but Jungkook has noticed some changes in the behavior of staff and students regarding him. Teachers started to pay extra attention to him in the class as well as out of class. Those minions of Rick who used to bully him, now never ever approach him in the first place. And if they somehow come in front of face to face they will silently pass away without making eye contact with him.
They all started to behave like he was some kind of belonged to the Royal family. It all started after his meeting with grandpa. He guesses that maybe his grandpa had told everyone to behave. But he was not bothered about all these things. One thing had changed that he had started to exercise with Jimin. He believes that it's important to build his body so that he could protect himself from unknown threats.
He and Jimin started to exercise in the early morning when everyone was asleep. Then after taking a shower they would attend their classes. It has become their daily routine now. Like today, they were exercising early in the morning. There was no one around them. Jimin was lifting some weight whereas Kook was doing push ups by playing songs on his phone with his earbuds plugged in. They had warmed up together and now were at a little distance from each other.
Jimin was lifting weight by laying on the bench when his muscles cramped and the bar slipped from his hands choking his neck. He tried to remove the bar, but the weight was heavy on it. Jimin tried to call Jungkook, but the pressure on his neck was disabling him to speak clearly and moreover Kook's back was facing him. He thought that maybe it was his end today, some tears left his cheeks.
God knows what came in Kook's mind he suddenly turned around to check on Jimin, but the sight in front of him made him horrified. He immediately ran towards Jimin and lifted the bar from his neck which made Jimin to choke on his breath and gasping for some air. He made him stand but Jimin was not in state to stand and immediately fell on the floor.

Kook tried to wake him up by tapping on his cheeks firmly, but it didn't work. Not only that, but he looked around for someone's help but due to early morning no one was around. He then did the thing which thought was best in that situation. Kook called an ambulance stating it was an emergency and then called his grandpa who had given him his personal number a few days ago.

The ambulance reached first, and they took Jimin to the hospital with Jungkook. And due to this chaos, the warden also came to know about the situation therefore he explained it to principal through the phone. He didn't know who got hurt therefore he told the principal that Jeon Jungkook was the one who got hurt, and his friend was accompanying him.
Jungkook was sitting on one of the benches outside the observation room where Jimin was laying. After a few minutes, the doctor reached near the room and went inside without saying anything to Kook. This whole situation was making him very weak and vulnerable. He took his phone out from his pocket with trembling hands to check on time, but instead his eyes fell on today's date.
It was the same date on which Jimin died in his previous life. Thinking about that his mind got flooded with negative thoughts. It was the same date same situation but the mode changed, previously Jimin was choked to death by Kook's bullies, but now he got choked from the weight bar. He thought no matter how he changed the situation, it still didn't change the fact that death can be inevitable. If he didn't turn around at the time, Maybe the past must have repeated itself. What if it comes true again? What if loses his precious friend again? What if?
These what ifs were making his mind a mess. He crouched down from his seat and grabbed his hair tightly feeling guilty for Jimin. Why was he so weak? Why didn't he see the date before? Why didn't he skip today's session and sleep? Why was he not careful? These things were only surrounding his mind making him weak mentally. He was on the verge of collapse when he heard a familiar voice.
