Behind the veil, Lizzet can see the reaction of the guest who attends her wedding. She is still waiting for her groom who is thirty minutes late from the moment she enters . The groom being late cause the guest to whispers and the others mocking the bride. But Lizzet doesn't care at all ,entering this marriage is not her choice at all. She is forced to attend this wedding for the sake of her cousin who she thinks did not look anything even a little bit like her.

Months ago ,Lizzet is attending as a sophomore student in a university. She is living with her mother in a small town away from the city. To provide for their food ,Lizzet needs to be a working student while studying and her mother is working as a shopkeeper in a small store somewhere in town. At first everything is okay, and they provide for their necessities enough to survive every day of their life. Until one day , her mother collapse. According to the doctor in town, they don't have enough materials to determine what is wrong with her mother, so she needs to go to the big hospitals that is located in the cities. Lizzet remember that her mother have her sister who is living in a city .

Lizzet get the number from her mother's wallet and tried to call it. She is happy when a voice of a woman answer it and as they were talking through the phone , she tell how she needs her help for her mother. The voice in the phone somewhat hesitated but after a second the woman in the other side said they should meet in person and talk about. Lizzet spends almost all of her savings by hiring an ambulance going to the hospital from her town for her mother who is now in a coma.

After waiting for how many hours, her aunt arrives at the hospital. " You have grown up. " The woman said while wearing a thick makeup and lipstick as she used to be. Yes, Lizzet remembers this woman, her aunt whom she met when she was about nine years old. Nothing change with her aunt demeanor except she became old . Her aunt look at her from up and down not wasting anytime to tell Lizzet about her conditions in exchange for financial help for her mother. At first Lizzet feel her disadvantage about her conditions but seeing her mother suffering and did not even bother to look by the professional doctors because she did not pay the advance payment first, her heart melts as a daughter and agreed to what her aunt is saying.

From wearing the wedding gown as if it is made for her, wearing the wedding ring that fits her and everything that is chosen by her cousin for the wedding who is nowhere to be found . She close her eyes that day and pray for her life before going out and go to the altar.

Lizzet's heart is pounding when she sees her groom walking going nearer to her. For her, this will be their first meeting . She stares at him in awe because he is like a model walking in the aisle, you can imagine his firm muscle under his tuxedo, his sharp jawline that makes him mature and manly and his dangerous aura surrounding him. It seems like wherever he went , he meant to attract attention even without doing anything.

Lizzet swallowed her saliva upon saying " I do. " As a pledge in the wedding. Her aunt told her that this man is very dangerous so should be aware and be guard on him . Dante is one of the leader in the mafia family.

Dante is staring onto her eyes, she finds it awkward, so she is the one who first break it and stare to his lips. " You may now kiss the bride!" the priest said. " He might have noticed now that I am not my cousin. He won't----" Lizzet is having these thoughts when his lips touch hers. He is not even contented, and his tongue invade her mouth. Again, she is the one who avoided his intense kiss and take away her face from him. Lizzet knew that the moment she agreed to her aunt her body is already not hers, she expects worse, and she knew that she is putting her life in danger but if it is only the way for her mother to be treated then she is willing to give even her life.

The bride and the groom are now alone inside the limousine. Lizzet do not dare to say any word for the man that she only meet this day. Dante is drinking wine opposite of her" You know what type of people I hate the most? Those that are liars. " He said. She is not showing it, but his voice makes her shiver because of fear. " If you want to make it realistic at least learn to act as if you are enjoying everything. " Dante said. Actually Dante purposely come to the wedding an hour late for them to back out the wedding but seeing them waiting for him for this long, those people intended to make a fool out of him.

" I will be a bigger person this time. Okay, tell me what you want? " Dante is talking to Lizzet in a formal way. Out of fear and she don't trust him, she shut her mouth. He looks at her from up to down" I do not know what you can offer me aside from your body, but I will wait until you are the one who will beg for me." He smiles demonically. She manages to see him eye to eye but as usual she is the one who is backing down.

He brings out his phone and call someone " Take care of everything. I need to go now. " He said and the limousine stop. He go down without saying anything. " Wait! " She cannot hold herself to hold his arm and stop him. Dante look at her arm who touch his hand , she removes it. " How about me? " Lizzet ask. " Oh and here I thought you don' t care. The driver will drop you somewhere and someone will explain it for you if you manage to arrive the place. " Dante said and go down the car with his men waiting for him outside.
