Angeline

Well, I woke up today and I already miss home, but I can't let that paralyze me. I get up and do my hygiene routine, when I'm done I'll have coffee with my aunt and my cousins.

Natasha: Good morning, sunshine! How was your first night here?

Angeline: So far I'm really enjoying it, and I had a great rest, that trip wore me out.

Caroline: I hope you rest up because this week is my college graduation party at a new club that's opening near my work, and don't even think about saying no.

Aunt Clementine: Carol, my dear, your cousin has just arrived and you already want to drag the girl to parties?

Natasha: Come on, Mom, we only live once and Angeline has been stuck in that backwater for too long, now she has to experience the good side of life.

Soon everyone leaves for work, and I stay here with nothing to do, so I clean the whole house and make my lunch, I know they don't have lunch at home, but I decide to prepare dinner for them, since they welcomed me so well, the least I can do is please them a little.

The day went by so fast, I took the opportunity to organize the whole house, I texted the girls asking if I could tidy up the whole room and they said it was no problem, the day seems to go by faster here and when I realized it, it was already getting dark.

Good thing I had dinner ready because I was so busy I didn't even think about eating anything and now my stomach is growling. They arrived and we all had dinner together, we talked and laughed a lot.

It's time to go to bed and the girls are already starting to convince me to go to this club.

Natasha: Angeline, for God's sake, you have to go with us, you have no idea how many hot guys there will be, some of Carol's friends are going and we have to introduce you to them.

Caroline: Oh, don't even get me started Natasha, she wouldn't miss this college send-off for the world, it's going to be amazing!!!

Angeline: Oh, girls, I don't know, you know I'm shy, and I've never had many friends, and besides, I don't even have clothes to wear.

Caroline: Did you forget that your little cousin here is going to be the greatest fashion columnist NYK has ever seen? Obviously, I have the perfect outfit to lend you, no one will be able to resist the three of us.

Natasha: Oh, I can't wait until Friday, you guys don't understand, we're going to shut the place down.

Angeline: I'm still going to think about your proposal, I don't know if I should go, I've never been to a club, let alone interacted with so many people.

We spent another half hour with them convincing me to go, and showing me how amazing this event is going to be. I think they managed to convince me, I'm not going with high expectations, but it doesn't hurt to go, right?!

Tomorrow I'm going to enroll in college, I can't wait to start my classes, soon I fall asleep and I don't even see the end of their speech about how I have to live life.
