2. The way "???" cares for Adonis is adorable and admiring when no one else is trying to understand him(other than us readers and you), no one is trying to even look at him with patience to listen to him, he moved forward to do that. The way he comforted Adonis, he completely gained my trust in him. I don't care if he does something evil later on as long as he will still be by Adonis's side with a good heart. Because Adonis himself is right now the Villian character, yet honestly I think he never really wanted anything other than Leon's love, he just cared for him. That's why I think "???" can be a very important character in the story if you put him that way.
Author I don't know what country origin or culture the story is based on so I can't answer about the name until you tell me that because I actually can't understand what is the name and what is the surname.If it is in English then I can suggest one from my language and culture character name list that selected on my first day of work as author for characters.

and finally the last question) Definitely redeemable but not forgivable he should be aware that he's using Adonis for his benefit. It's not as if he's a victim, but he acts like one. He has humiliated Adonis greatly, and he allows others to humiliate him as well. After all, he is a crown prince, isn't he? There are numerous ways to get work or agreements done, but it seems like they are not utilizing their intelligence.

4) Adonis's mental state, from my point of view, doesn't seem good. I feel like since the first episodes, he is mostly depressed and stuck in hopelessness, possibly due to unrequited love ofcourse, This situation often brings a unique blend of emotions. Even in Adonis's dreams, it seems like Leon may have hurt him a lot. Let's avoid discussing life because it seems to keep getting worse he must have felt like a caged bird.
