Chapter Seven: Veronica Act (slightly 18+)

Emily's hands teased the roses in the garden as she thought about Alex and Veronica. Her eyes returned to the office window which was now closed. 

They still hadn't come out after several hours. 

"Mr. Stone hasn't come out yet?" Emily asked the maid who was holding the umbrella for her. 

"Not yet Miss Emily." 

"Let's go inside. Make me a cup of tea please. Send it to my room." 

"Okay, Miss Emily." 

Emily and the maid walked into the house. 

Emily climbed the stairs slowly. Her eyes glanced at Alex's tightly closed office door. 

What have they been talking about all this time? She thought suspiciously and a little uneasy. 

Emily entered her room and laid down on the soft bed. Her mind wandered thinking about her daily life with Alex. As she was thinking about Alex, there was a knock on the door of her room and the maid came in with black tea and a slice of chocolate cake. 

Emily sat at the coffee table while tasting the chocolate cake. A bit sweet but she likes it. The day just went by. 

Emily went down to the dining room. She was then a little surprised to see that Alex and Veronica were already there. Emily noticed Veronica's changed clothes and the kiss mark on her neck. It's like Veronica want to show off to her.

So they do it in the office. Emily thought. 

Her heart ached at the thought of Alex doing that with another woman.

Emily walked into the dining room and sat in the chair to Alex's right. After she sat down, several maids began to serve food. Emily saw a lot of food she didn't like being served. She's also allergic to seafood and legumes. 

Seeing Alex serving Veronica a meal, Emily guessed that the food being served now was Veronica's favorite. Emily bent down to taste the salad and eat slowly. Luckily she had already eaten a slice of chocolate cake before dinner, otherwise she would probably starve after this. 

After dinner, Alex took the car keys upstairs and left Veronica and Emily in the living room. Emily felt a little depressed when she felt Veronica's sharp gaze on her. 

Emily lifted her face to look at Veronica and Veronica's gaze turned to disgust. 

"Girls like you seem to lack awareness." Veronica said in a half whisper. 

"Plant this fact in your heart. Alex is my fiance, the man who will be my husband. You are just a woman who is paid to give us children." Veronica said again. Her face showed a cynical smile. 

Emily frowned. "Ms. Veronica is just his fiancee now. Who knows what will happen in the future right?" Emily doesn't know where she get the confidence to said something like that to Alex official fiance. Maybe she felt jealous. 

Suddenly Veronica showed a sad face and her tears started to fall. Emily was surprised to see her suddenly crying. Before she could speak, Alex came to stand in front of Veronica to comfort her. 

Alex then looked at Emily coldly. Emily could sense that the man was angry. He was angry with her. 

"Emily, please keep your word. Respect Veronica like Mrs. Stone's. She is my fiancee, not a mistress or a hired girl like you!" Alex snapped hard at Emily who bowed down in front of him. 

Veronica grabbed Alex's sleeve and coaxed him to stop scolding Emily. Alex who saw that Veronica was soft-hearted to forgive Emily felt dissatisfied with Emily's attitude. 

Alex thought, maybe lately he had been too soft and giving full attention to Emily that made her arrogant and unaware of her position. "Hans. Lock this girl in the back room." Alex directed coldly. 

Emily paled at Alex's command. Hans pulled the girl who struggled to break free. "Mr. Stone's, please don't lock me in there. I promise not to say such words to Ms. Veronica." Emily touched Alex's arm but was coldly brushed aside by the man. 

"Don't argue with me, otherwise I will order my men to have sex with you in turns tonight.

"Emily was silent in fear. His tears flowed. 

"Why are you silent? Afraid? Don't you like to sleep with many men?" 

Alex's sarcastic outburst made Emily's heart hurt and feel humiliated. 

Alex and Veronica walked out of the villa after seeing Emily being led into a back room. 

"What's in the back room?" asked Veronica with a curious face. 

"The dark room. Emily was locked up there before. She was stripped and chained on the floor of the dark room for three days because she didn't listen." replied Alex lazily. His eyes were focused on the road because he was driving. 

Veronica feigns sympathy and persuades Alex to be a little softer on Emily. Her hand held Alex's hand. 

"You're always like this. You're always very nice around other people when others don't treat you well." Alex took Veronica's hand gently and kissed it. 

The car entered the yard of Veronica's house. Alex parked his car in front of the house. 

"Do you want to go in first or what?" asked Veronica. 

"Tonight I'll go back to that girl's place to discipline her first. You go in." Alex caressed the woman's cheek and kissed her red lips softly. 

Veronica was upset thinking about Emily but she still smiled at Alex. "Okay." 

After seeing Alex leave, a man came out of Veronica's house and hugged the woman. Veronica smiled softly at him and they cordially walked into the house together. 

"There are many kiss marks on the chest. You and Alex played rough today?" the man whispered in her ear while his hands opened Veronica's blouse. 

"Once in a while to make sure he's attracted to me." replied Veronica. Her hand caressed the man's big penis.

Emily struggled to free herself from the handcuffs that chained her hands and feet to the wall. She was cold without a single thread in his body. Her face was pale with fear.

"Please let me go! Anyone out there?!"

The guard standing outside stood like a statue as if he didn't hear the cries for help.

The maids in the kitchen start gossiping about seeing Emily stripped by the bodyguard before being chained up. They laughed while insulting Emily who was humiliated earlier.

The maid who was always by Emily's side was sympathetic and angry over their conversation.

Emily cried in sadness and shame at the humiliation she had received. Before it was only Alex who chained and stripped her but this time he brutally allowed Emily to be stripped by the male bodyguard in front of the other maids.

He seems to want to step on her dignity. But for some reason her heart could not hate the man even though she had received this kind of insult.

A few hours later, the door to the room was opened. Emily who was lying weakly on the floor looked at the open door. Her eyes were bright when she saw Alex coming in but her smile disappeared when she saw two men coming in following Alex.

Why did Alex let another man in here? Emily is worried.

Will Alex let the man touch her and finally discard her? Emily's negative thoughts began to fill.

"No no don't! Please let me go Alex. Alex help me." Emily struggled as the two men began to approach her and Alex sat idly in the chair watching the man approach Emily.

"Emily, I will give you the last chance to show your usefulness tonight. If after a few days there are still no signs of pregnancy, your comatose mother will die and I will sell you to an underground whorehouse until you die there under many man." Alex said casually. He smiled at Emily's look of despair.
