so what I understood is ...kook didn't actually loved her...like yeah he like her but what he actually loved was not her but the time he spent with the hoho girl....cuz she was the first to treat him like a child not some mafia leader ig...like yk treating him normal and when she proposed he accepted it cuz she was making him happy and he was thankful...he also didn't know much about love as it is mentioned above so ...he thought as he was happy with her it is "love" which is actually not....but later in relationship they grew close and lil attached that's why he was feeling heartbreak....cuz he felt the one who made him happy is gone
