A word 'leader' is lot more different than 'Boss'.

Many people fails to understand the difference.But it is simple.

Boss only knows how to give others order,how to make them work and he will only do the things that he thinks are right.For him his people are just his servants or more like loyal dogs.He only do things that will benefit him and only him.

But a Leader is the one who pave the way for others.If he wants his people to do a job ,he will not just order infact he will show them ,guide them and most importantly help them.He doesn't think of his people as just as his servants ,they are more than a family for him.He will not just follow his instincts , he has to work hard for his team as well.He will not only raise himself Infront of the world infact he will raise his people with him too.
