The sounds of the wind chime were heard in the room which is an indication of a new customer entering.
Bernie
Good day! What can I do for you?
As Talia entered the tavern, she was greeted by a woman in her 30s.
Talia

Bernie
Oh? Which poster could you be talking about? We have a lot
Talia
Oh... Ah the one that talks about a job offer. Is it still up?
Bernie
Yes it's still up but most of the jobs for females are taken
Bernie
I suggest you look for another store! Thank you for your interest!
Just as Bernie was about to open the door, ready to send Talia off her left arm was grabbed.
Talia
This Tavern is my only hope...
Bernie
Eh what do you mean? Have you tried all the other options out there miss?
Talia
It's been a week and I still haven't landed on a job, so please even if it's a man's job I would do it!
Bernie
Hmm... But you look too thin and frail for those types of job-
Bernie hesitated yet in the end she thought of giving Talia a job due to the fact that she looked pitiful.
Bernie
Well... We are in need of a janitor and a carrier of delivered goods.
Talia
I'm willing to do both of them!
Bernie
Oh... Uh that's not what I meant-
Bernie was a bit taken aback at how Talia didn't seem to mind but then she decided to give the job to Talia. It's not like there are people who have applied for those jobs in the passing month anyway.
Bernie
Alright, I guess that saves us trouble.
Upon hearing Bernie tell her that she has been accepted Talia's face lit up.
Then she remembered that she still hasn't ask the woman her name.
Nor does she know if she was actually the one in charge of the place.
Talia
....Ah! Could you be the manager of this place?
As if she had just noticed as well, Bernie flinched.
Bernie
That's right! We haven't introduced ourselves yet!
Bernie
My name is Bernie and I am the owner of this tavern. May I ask for your name as well?
Strangely enough, Bernie did not recognize the former Marchioness at all.
Talia
It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Bernie.
Bernie
Talia hm... gotcha! Then you must be ready to start working today perhaps?
Bernie
Then I shall tell you the specifics, you may have to stay till we close.
Talia
I understand, thank you Miss Bernie.

Oh please drop the honorifics! Feel free to call me Bernie instead!
Finally, Talia has landed a job after getting rejected one place after another in the past week.
Some of the places she had visited just genuinely didn't need a new employee.
It is because they knew she was the current Marchioness Freidrich.
Why would a Marchioness need a job?
That reaction only shows one thing; it seems that word of Talia leaving the estate still hasn't reached the commoners. But sooner or later they would know.
Talia looking for a job would definitely get them to think about what's going on.
She had specifically chosen to rent a place on this market street. It is due to the past experiences she had as a commoner when she needed to put atleast dinner on the plate.
It is a bustling business street that even the nobles visit from time to time.
A very good place to earn money.

As Talia stayed in a corner of the tavern she is now working for, the Freidrich estate is at a frenzy upon losing it's Marchioness.
All the employees hoped the Marchioness would return.
