The day was slow, not many customers coming since it was still a weekday, and Luna told him it would become crowded on the weekends

*leaning his arms on the desk watching the room*

Just then the door chimes and another customer comes in, wrapped in a thick jacket since it was windy outside, and wearing a mask

*approaches the desk, on his phone*

*looks up once he reaches the desk*

(even his voice sounds familiar)
Han points him to his table and watches him, since he has no other customers to serve. the man looks through the menu Han gave him, and after a minute calls the waitress
he orders and then goes back to his phone, waiting for his food

(I feel like a stalker)
He looks away in an attempt to stop staring, but eventually his eyes find themselves looking at the man again
His order comes, and Han realizes the man has to take his mask off to eat, and because the man was facing Han he would be able to see the face underneath the mask

(finally I can find out who he is)

*picks up his chopsticks and pulls down his mask*
instantly he feels a stab of burning hot anger at the face under the mask

They head down in the lift and a group of 6 agents meet them at the bottom all in gear. They go outside where there are two black cars waiting for them and get in. A few minutes later they arrive at Hyunjins house and everything is deathly quiet from outside
Chris asks one agent to search the black car at the front. Just then, an elderly lady comes running put of her front garden

he's such a handsome fellow and I don't want him getting hurt

Of course ma'am, it's why we're here

we need to go in now, I would suggest you stay inside your house for now ma'am

They all enter the house, finding it relatively easy as the door had been forced open, crouching and treading lightly, with their guns out ready for any trouble. the guy previously sent to look in the car had rejoined them, finding nothing
The house was not expensive but definitely had a rich touch to it, with a simple chandelier in the lounge, paintings on the walls, spotless furniture and state-of-the-art rooms
They crept silently looking through the house, starting on the bottom level, spreading out into the various rooms, but found nothing. Chris grew uneasy at the continued lack of noise in and outside the house

(they better not have killed him)

(I should've asked if the old lady had heard a gunshot or scream)
they finished the lower level, and Chris signalled for them to follow him to the stairs. He went up silently the agents a few steps behind him, and he was about to step onto the second last step to the landing when he heard a faint creak, right behind the wall blocking his view to the right
He pauses, waiting to hear more, and when he doesn't, he lifts a hand and all the agents silently lift their guns. Chris puts his foot on the last step and then there's a deafening bang and a bullet whizzes past his head
It slams into the wall behind his head and makes a smoking hole. Chris as soon as he had heard the click of the trigger had ducked and shot into the hallway to warn whoever was shooting that they were armed as well

We have the model as a hostage and if you shoot one more bullet we will kill him!
Chris puts his gun down and the others follow, and then he steps up into the second level with his hand up, the gun in his right
There's a man in a rather stupid looking black beanie with two eyeholes cut into it, dressed in a tight top and pants, all black, holding a gun pointed at Chris's face (BTW he's wearing a mask)

Nobody else with you?
Christopher
And where's the model you said you had hostage?

*still pointing the gun* I do have people with me, and they're in the room behind me

*muttering* stupid, you shouldn't have told me that

But the gun clicks, and no bullet comes out

huh?! *checks the gun*

*chuckles* looks like your out of bullets

Well, looks like now the wall has them
he points to the wall behind the robber, which is riddled with holes made by bullets
Christopher
how many did you use when trying to scare your hostage? *laughs*

we-well, he wasn't complying so I kept on shooting

now if you'll excuse me, I've got someone to save
before the guy can open his mouth to warn the other robbers, Chris punches him in the face, and he falls backwards, but he catches him before he hits the ground, not wanting the other robbers to hear
He signals for the agents to search the other rooms first, and when they all come back with the all clear sign, he proceeds to the room the guy had first pointed at. Chris hopes the other robbers with him will be as stupid and young as the first, since that would make things much easier
he pauses outside the door, trying to hear anything, and can slightly hear heavy breathing from inside

*points at the door, and starts counting down with his fingers*
He kicks in the door and barges in, the agents quickly filing in and spreading out, aiming their guns in the room
There were 5 people in the room, one in the corner with a gagged man on the floor, which Chris assumed was Hyunjin, having never actually seen Hyunjin before, while the other four men surrounding them forming a barrier
He studied the men, his agents studying then aswell, and saw that the thugs were not indeed young like the first. However, although they did have muscle and weren't wearing the same stupid beanie, the hand of the man holding a knife to Hyunjins neck was shaking

But his hand was shaking still, and even his voice sounded weak

the guy falls on to his knees in silence, And falls over backwards onto his back in silence and puts his hand on his stomach, still in silence. and then he bursts into tears

*blinks* (what a baby)
the other four robbers stared at the guy in the floor dumbfounded And then looked at each other hesitantly. and then each one did a different thing
Thug 1 rushed to the one on the floor, thug 2 dropped and kneeled in front of them and prayed for forgiveness, thug 3 charged at the agents swinging his fists widely, in fact so wildly that he hit himself in the face and paused in confusion, and thug 4 gave a high-pitched battle cry and promptly ran for the door

Thug 4 falls on the floor crying once again, but the agents don't pay them any mind. Chris and two agents including his assistant, head to Hyunjin who was still sitting on the floor
The two agents stand guard to make sure thug 1 and two didn't do anything sudden, while Chris untied Hyunjin

*removes his gag* are you ok?

they didn't manage to hit me

I don't think they're very smart

they're not *finishes untying his hands and feet*

phew *rubs his wrists*

now I just need to ask you a few things, but we'll clean this mess first and then talk

Nah, you just check if they took anything from you
they both get up, Hyunjin staggers a bit as the blood rushes back to his feet and then heads out of the room to check the rest of the house, while the agents tie up the thugs, one ties a makeshift bandage on the guys' chest, and then make them stand in the corner like naughty kids

*goes outside the room and finds Hyunjin in the kitchen drinking water*

For a reason only author knows, Han was seething with anger inside and confusion seeing him after such a long time. Not showing it on his face, he vowed for revenge inside his heart
