Xie Yan, the real one, appeared out of nowhere and looked at Jimmy without much of any emotion on his face.
Xie Yan
You should have listened to what I had to say last time around. What did you gain now? Nothing.

It's pitiful to see you like this.

*wipes his tears*

I'm just a 16 year old teenager! Frankly, why do you not just go back to your body?! We would both be at peace, and I will figure out how to get back to my body right here.

Can you stop yelling, it's irritating. *stares blankly*

Jimmy throws himself on the ground and sits as he patiently looks at Xie Yan.

So? Tell me. Why did you take your life instead of attempting revenge yourself?

*sits down as well*

I wanted to go in honor. I felt humiliated, my ego was shattered. There was no way to get revenge that would actually satisfy me, I thought.

But, that was in a moment where I felt overwhelmed. Everything that happened, to then find out I am pregnant? Taking my life along with the child was the best plan in my mind. Getting rid of the pregnancy alone wasn't an option either, they would kill me. After everything that happened, I couldn't give them that chance either.

But then what?

Why not just go in peace? It's over and done with.

The Moon Clan being overruled by the demons, sold and tortured...It doesn't sit well with me.

Don't worry, though they all seem to hate you now, majority swore loyalty to the demon clan in a heartbeat!

The shock in Xie Yan's face was visible to Jimmy, a facial expression he hadn't seen on the thousands year old immortal.

He's a rat! I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he had worked with Han Li for a long time!

Exactly, so what do we do now? What exactly is gonna be revenge that would satisfy you? And then what happens? Do you go back to your body and I get mine back?

Getting back the Moon Clan and erasing Han Li from this world...that would be revenge. But our bodies...I don't know.

Jimmy joins in Xie Yan's laughter, the older immortal laughing like never before. It somewhat amused Jimmy to see him like this. They continued to converse and talk to eachother, forgetting about all their worries in the world outside of this dream-like sphere. It didn't matter at this moment. Even the grudge Jimmy had was no longer of relevance, they seemed like friends.
