Chapter 07
It has been a week since Jimmy had taken over Xie Yan's body. Ever since that day, he's been scheming plans to escape the clan.
Today was the first day he left his chambers to take a walk around the clan, to have a proper look at the ins and outs, exits and guards. Nomu was of course walking alongside him.
Xie Yan
(This is such a big place...bigger than I anticipated. I'll have to find the easiest way to escape...)

Nomu these snacks are great! Who made them? *chews*
Nomu
It's from the kitchen! This is a snack eaten in the demon clan, it was made by the new cook.
Xie Yan
Oh? What happened to the old one?

He's still there, but Lord Han Li wanted you to eat the foods from the demon clan.
Both continued walk, stopping here and there until they paused at the flower field. A beautiful place that was made by Xie Yan's mother.
Guards were around here, as well. That didn't use to be case but Han Li for some reason decided to keep Guards everywhere. Most likely to have eyes on Xie Yan 24/7.

I've noticed a lot of people looking towards us with ill intentions.

We've lost the war. Everyone become subordinates to the demons. While some swore their loyalty to the demon clan, a bunch didn't and become sla'ves or even worse. Some didn't survive at all.
The people from the demon clan hate anybody from or working with heaven. But they won't harm you.
Nomu
You're pregnant with Lord Han Li's child, of course!
Xie Yan

I was being sarcastic. *sighs*

How far along am I with this child? My mind refuses to remember, It might be denial? *laughs*
Nomu
Probably a bit over a month. Maybe nearing 2.
Xie Yan
(Explains why I didn't feel anything yet...I have to get rid of this baby before I get any symptoms of morning sickness. Before I feel this baby.)

Nomu
Yes! I've been your most loyal servant for decades!
