When I got home, I'm quite nervous to tell Edgar about the dinner.
Edgar kisses me on the cheek and gives me a quick hug from behind.
Leandro: Honey, we need to talk.
Edgar: Did something happen?
Edgar sits on our bed to give me his attention.
Leandro: Eduardo called me.
Edgar: How did he get your number?
Leandro: He said you called him from his phone the day you went to visit him.
Edgar: What did he want?
Leandro: He wanted to invite me to dinner with Zayn tonight.
Edgar: But he told me he wasn't talking to him and now Zayn is going to be at his house.
I put my hand on Edgar's.
Leandro: I don't know, what I do know is that I want you with me at this dinner.
Edgar: Honey, I don't know if this is a good idea and if your son won't like it.
Leandro: If he doesn't like it, we'll leave.
Edgar smiles at me with his eyes.
20 minutes later.
He and I were getting ready for dinner, while I was more relaxed, Edgar dressed as if he were at a business dinner.
He looked handsome.
Edgar: So, how do I look?
Leandro: You look handsome, but serious.
Edgar: But I am serious.
Leandro: I just said handsome too.
Edgar: True, thank you.
The time was approaching and I was super anxious, Edgar, to calm me down, made me help him cut his nails. Seeing myself in this situation, I don't feel domesticated, but used to it because I like this marriage and that life is in the past.
In the car, Edgar asked me this question.
Edgar: Do you miss that life I'm going to get to know?
Leandro: I miss my son, but the son I adopted and not the one I didn't want to know more about me.
Edgar: Relax, he will now.
Arriving at Eduardo's house, I avoided any contact with him, but I realized that he wanted "something with me."
I sit on the sofa and start to cry at everything around me, everything seems so different from what I have found since the last time, I mean, Jason accepted that Eduardo came back and I suppose alone, because I don't find the person he cheated on me with.
Eduardo: Do you guys drink whiskey?
Eduardo gets up and pours us some alcohol, I don't drink anything, because I'm driving home, Edgar just wet his lips, he looked purple with jealousy, since Eduardo doesn't hide when he looks at me every second.
We were left with nothing to talk about, since everything Eduardo said Edgar would shut down and everything Edgar said was the same system and me in the middle of it all I wonder where Zayn went.
Leandro: Are you sure Zayn came?
Eduardo: Of course he came, let me call him.
As Zayn walks down the stairs, I get emotional, but the truth is I don't find the same in him and the worst part is I don't know why.
So after 20 minutes, I told Edgar.
Leandro: Please, take me away.
