Theo: Lina is really mean!

Alice: Theo says scared, with a teary face. What did she do to you, Theo?

Theo: She said she's not paid to serve lazy babysitters, and she pinched me. It hurt a lot, Alice.

Alice: I immediately stand up, Lorenzo's expression changes and he looks scary. I gently hold his arm. You need to calm down, think about the consequences. I'll handle this, trust me.

Lorenzo: Nobody touches my son, Alice.

Lina: You'll pay for this, you wretched bitch.

Alice: I hear the police sirens approaching and I smile. You're the one who's going to pay dearly, Lina. You assaulted a minor, and you told me that money means power, right? Do you realize who the son you pinched is? You made a mistake when you messed with Theo, thinking he was just a defenseless child. Theo is very loved, Lina, and there are people who will fight for him.

Lina: Let go of me, I didn't do anything.

Alice: Lina screams, but the security guards don't let go of her. The police arrive, and I explain everything that happened. The officers advise me to send a lawyer with the footage to follow the legal procedures. The truth is, I don't even know if there are cameras here. I listen attentively, and they handcuff Lina. He is proud of her and relieved that his mother has found someone who truly loves and cares for Theo. The truth is, if he had resolved Lina's situation, he would have been the one leaving in handcuffs. He will solve everything and make sure Lina pays for what she did. It angers him to see her pinching Theo in the footage. Now she will suffer the consequences, and the only job she will find in Seattle will be at the city's worst brothel. He returns to Alice's room and finds her singing to Theo. Her voice is beautiful. She becomes shy when she sees him, but continues singing until the end of the song. Theo looks at him with a pitiful expression.

Theo: Lorenzo, is the wicked witch coming back?

Lorenzo: Never again!

Theo: Okay.

Lorenzo: Theo calls me with his little hands and I lie down next to him. The three of us watch the movie Cars. He smiles at some scenes with Lightning McQueen and Mater. From time to time, I glance at Alice and feel like she is turning my world upside down.

Theo: Lorenzo, Alice can't have ice cream, right?

Lorenzo: No, she can't. Why?

Theo: But she can have hot chocolate!

Lorenzo: She can, but we have to make sure she wants it.

Theo: Everyone wants hot chocolate. Can we make it?

Lorenzo: I don't know how to make hot chocolate, son.

Alice: I can go with you guys and help you make it.

Lorenzo: Alright, but you'll just sit and tell us how to do it.

Theo: I'll watch her, Lorenzo.

Lorenzo: I smile for the first time in two years at the way Theo speaks, pointing two fingers at his eyes and then at Alice. He looks at me seriously.

Is everything alright, son?

Theo: You smiled.

Lorenzo: I stare at him and give another smile.

This smile is because of you, my son.

Alice: Lorenzo is a handsome man, and I dare say, sexy. I was only used to seeing his serious expression, and today I saw him smile for the first time. He has a beautiful smile. I could easily make the hot chocolate, change and brush Theo's teeth, but I won't ask to do anything because the truth is, I love seeing Lorenzo and Theo reconnecting. So Lorenzo does things for Theo, even though he's insecure, and in the end, both of them win.

Lorenzo: Theo gives me a wide smile and the three of us head downstairs. Alice sits at the counter and tells us everything we need to do. Theo grabs a toy car, and she explains to me ten times how I should stir the hot chocolate to avoid burning it, but I don't understand. She asks if she can teach me practically, and I say yes. Alice approaches behind me, and I feel her hand delicately touch mine, showing me how to stir the hot chocolate. I feel uncomfortable with the emotions that stir within me with her touch. I correct my posture, and she seems to understand my irritation and moves away.

Alice: Lorenzo doesn't say anything, but he gets nervous when I approach him. I step back and just watch. He finishes and turns off the stove, looks at me, and even opens his mouth, but he doesn't say a word.
