The day of Alice's birthday was also special for Pietro. On that particular day, he woke up excited for the event. He had organized a party for her, sent clothes for the occasion, and booked an appointment at the salon for Alice, all to make sure it turned out just as he had always imagined.

He wanted her to look stunning that day, although it wouldn't take much effort since Alice was beautiful, just like her brother. That morning, he attended a few meetings and received information from the security guards he had left at Augusto's house. They informed him that they were at a shopping mall. He could tell that Augusto was afraid of him, the same fear or even greater than when they first met. It was only when he approached that he looked at Alice, she looked beautiful and amused at the thought that her brother would have a heart attack that night.

Pietro greeted them and began his show. He took Alice to the stairs and gave a speech, noticing that Augusto couldn't take his eyes off them. He could also see that Diego was almost drooling at that moment, his brother didn't even try to disguise his fascination for the woman by his side.

After all that theater, he paid attention to Alice's steps. At a certain moment, he noticed that she headed towards the garden. He looked in Augusto's direction and saw that he was casually talking. He signaled for his brother to go after her.

"No, it's not that, I just came out for some fresh air." she was startled.

"No need to be scared, I'm Diego Albertini." he introduced himself as if she didn't know who he was.

"Nice to meet you." she was embarrassed.

Pietro continued paying attention to their conversation. He saw that his brother was doing well, despite knowing that he must be very nervous at that moment. He saw that Diego offered her a drink and Alice accepted it. Diego was managing to break the ice and get closer to her. He just needed to gain her trust and do what they had planned. This would unsettle her and also give Pietro the opportunity to do his part in the plan.
