Rhoda

You want to replace Francesca?

Jordan

I want to get her an assistant.

Someone to do all the heavy lifting.

Jordan

Someone who will work her fingers to her bone,so that poor old Francesca doesn't have to anymore.

Ruth

(I think I have a pretty good idea who that 'someone' is...)
