...At the meeting room...

Dr. JUNGKOOK : The topic is unusual for me to say...but do you think it is related to... Magic...

Dr. Kim : It can be possible but we can't say yet ...we don't even have a proof to prove that it's related to any kind of magic...And the real problem if we prove it that it's related to magic...who will cure it...?...You know the condition well enough for me to tell...

Dr. JUNGKOOK : If situation leads to this ...we have to be ready otherwise it would lead to extinction of human kind and many other kinds oblivious to us...

Dr. Kim : Just hope for the best...

Dr. JUNGKOOK : Yeah... Anyways I'll take my leave then...and if you don't have any shift later ...come for the dinner at home hyung...

Dr. JIN : We'll see about that...now shoo ...go to your morning shift...

While leaving the meeting room he found Yoongi at the corridor infront of PICU dressed up in the scrub 🧑‍⚕️... Approaching him, he first took a glance inside the room and kept his hand on Yoongi's shoulder...

JUNGKOOK : Hey hyung... what happened...?...was it an emergency...you weren't in the meeting hall...

YOONGI : (Sigh)...Yeah..it was...the little one over there..Woo Jung-seok...A month since birth and in observation as it was premature birth...and seems like his heart is really weak...the condition was ok till yesterday when his breathing got all weak and heart was not pumping ideally... soon after he could get a operation but he was caught in pneumonia..And now, when it went little down we were able to operate... thanks to Namjoon hyung...huh(sigh)...

JUNGKOOK : It's been hard on the little one...(sigh)... It's been hard on you too ...get some rest bro...

YOONGI : Yeah sounds good...

JUNGKOOK : And I did asked about dinner, it's on me...see you soon then...

YOONGI : Wow...we are on it seems... gotta tell the others...

Hey guys Jungkook here, Yeah Yoongi hyung does get really emotional when it comes to children and animals...I don't know what it is ...but the only emotions that could be seen on his non expressive face are when you talk about kids...Oh! there was a time when he used to get really worked up being around the lil kids..."Even if I get married or not, I would never ever get involved with those little annoying brats." those were his words...but who knew the Universe and fate wanted something else...in the end, he ended up being in the Pediatrics department... funny yet emotional the incident was...(☆▽☆)

As for me I got into Surgery Department...it does get sometimes hectic standing or sitting concentrating on an operation for hours...but when you get to see those smiles on there faces it's all worth it...but it's not all flowers in this profession... there's no flowers in any profession except for the flower shop workers and related... Everyone has there own behind the story about how they actually got emotionally attached to that particular term...For instance Pediatrics for Yoongi hyung and Surgery for me...but no one actually tells you upfront when asked... it's their own experience...so they let it be to themselves... Others can't actually feel it the same way anyways...so why even bother to tell... yeah Yoongi hyung's words... but to some extent it's agreeable...I can't deny that...

As you see, Yoongi hyung is quite older than me...so we might be only colleagues... actually we were in the same University for completing our Medical degree, but he was already in third year while I was still a fresher...But how we got to know eachother and became this close it is still a mystery... like we got in the flow...like meeting eachother and then being friends...then b¡tching about everyone and no one...it was so refreshing at that point...it still is....(•ᴗ•)

But now, not only does we talk to ourselves... we've got more company.... Yeah, Seokjin hyung and Namjoon hyung...and got acquainted with many others of our own departments ... About Namjoon hyung, he is the doctor from Cardiology department assigned for the VIP ward in our hospital, he is really like a big brother, but when it comes to being a professor in the operation room it's gonna be hectic for you, take a note of this... Next up, Seokjin hyung, he is the director, someone would misunderstand him for his age, but as per the things I know, he got the position as few days ago his father retired from the position and he was assigned as the director of the hospital...But, don't think he got it for granted, absolutely not, if you were to see, he is a great leader and a person in himself... Okay, my chamber is here, gotta go...( ╹▽╹ )

...He was about to open the door to his chamber when......

THE MIC. : Surgery department, 2nd floor, code blue...

Jungkook couldn't stand still and ran for the operation room on the 2nd floor...as he arrived there he could see that everyone was still in operating room yet there was some commotion...he entered and could see that the doctor was performing CPR on the patient... thankfully the patient was back to normal breathing...

JUNGKOOK : I should get going now...

Dr. Yang : Yes Dr. Jeon...

As it was, unfortunately cause of the current situation... Jungkook couldn't grab hold of the cause to this disease...no one could...and he felt desperate yet devastated in this situation...after exiting the operation room where the said diseased person laid...he couldn't help but think about the disease that has caused mayhem...as per him the situation was due to magic but he still needed proof to prove it as mentioned....

But unfortunately, in the current world magic didn't existed...even if it were true they were hidden and only could be found in dark...The only traces of magic they could find were in the ancient manuscripts describing about the condition of that time...the time when the Great Emperor rose to it's peak of Lee Dynasty...Where the machines like fridge weren't imagined but created with different means...

But something drastic change occurred which led to the disappearance of those magical people, the magical land...and the vanishing of those unimaginable powers took place ...but what caused it ...was still a mystery...

It was said that it was because the goddess of that time known to be residing in mortal world was tormented which led to the chaos...

No trace was left behind...No one knew who was the goddess...who were those powerful and knowledgeable people...it all remained a mystery for the current generations to solve...yet they remain oblivious to themselves...

Maybe this was the nature's call to them to solve the mystery, to know about the deep secrets...but who will solve it, the magic has vanished...who will find it again it this barren land...in this devastated land of death...where the nature was in pain... everywhere mayhem...

While Jungkook reached his chamber, he could find patients waiting outside...so, he got started with his work, the thought of magic subsiding in his mind...

...The world has seen my inside...

...Yet they are oblivious of my presence...

...In this life, I was remembered as tormented...

...Yet no one was there to save me from drowning again...

...Drown in this mayhem...

...My soul needs the peace, yet do not get...

...I feel like someone who is burning in rage...

...I feel like I am burning myself to ash...

...The world is being turned into barren with me...

...With me the world will be in misery...

...Yet I do not get my ultimate peace...
